"I want to recognize two Outback Steakhouse #4759 team members for transforming an anticipated steakhouse dining experience into a very memorable one. Amanda, a vibrant member of the wait staff, and Devon, the evening's manager, made us feel as if we were guests in their own homes. What makes it even more remarkable is the fact this was a very busy Saturday night, yet we were treated as if we were their only guests. Amanda was attentive without being intrusive. She dazzled us with her hustle and cheerfulness made all the more impressive because we observed this was how she treated all of the guests at her tables. Devon first caught our attention when he paused to inquire how nearby guests were enjoying their dining experience. Shortly thereafter, he appeared with a condiment for a neighboring table and to check on any other requests. Then, as he appeared to do for every table in the restaurant, he paused to ask how we were enjoying our evening. Not surprising, like Amanda, he returned to our area repeatedly to ensure every diner was cared for. As we prepared to leave both Amanda and Devon took the time to invite us to return in the near future. I can write without exaggeration the only times I have experienced this warmth, concern, attention to detail, and hospitality are when our hosts were the actual owners of the restaurant. We will return to the Outback Steakhouse near Chesapeake Square Mall, if for no other reasons than Amanda and Devon."
