"We are new in the area and decided to visit Perkins for dinner. We arrived at 445 and it wasn't busy. We immediately sat by a woman with colored red hair. She was super attentive, had no name mark, wished her. I think she should be a host, but within a few minutes the restaurant was filled! And it has to do! The host, with red hair that sat us, never missed a beat. She took our order, picked up drinks, checked us, brought the food, checked us again. She ran like crazy, sitting families and waited for families. There were some other waitresses in there that you could easily see/listen were also super friendly! Wow, shocked!! Every employee in this place was just so nice and ran the place smooth! When we got our cheque, we asked to go two cake slices, and when we went up, another waitress said that our waitress wanted to give them free for a moment we had! I didn't even feel we had to wait any time. We tipped 50%. We occupy Peoria Perkins more often because of our experience tonight. Also the food was great and came out quickly and hot."
