"We placed our order at 4:10 PM on Saturday and received our food at 5:25 PM, but everything was ICE COLD. After contacting the store again, they insisted they could not honor the voucher. Following further conversation with the manager, he agreed to issue a full refund. However, when I checked with my bank on Sunday, no refund had been processed. Now, they claim they provided store credit, which we rejected since we have no intention of doing business with them again.
We were promised a call from the owner, but we're not holding our breath for that to happen. We really tried to support our local business, but this is the result we got. The voucher we obtained via email last Thursday was deemed invalid, and the food was unacceptable—spoiled salad and poorly made pizzas. After spending $50 on pizza and enduring two days of trying to get our money back, it's clear that the manager's commitment to refund us was empty.
