"I’m a regular. Been a fan of the King Arthur for years. My advice is that you dine in. Busy or slow, your pizza is served within 15 minutes. Today was the first time we decided to order online, paid in advance with our credit card and included a tip. We were given the pick up time so we drove and parked in front. We were on time but the pizza was not. Hostess asked us to wait another 10-15 minutes. 1 hour later, we were still waiting. Giovanni’s was jamming and I hadn’t observed any take outs from the time I arrived. My husband finally asked for a refund and was then given a designated Uber eats order which was placed 20 minutes after my order. Don’t bother asking for a manager. This is a pizza joint."

"The food is excellent, very well served, hot, good portions. The service is not good, no one greets you, like good morning or at least you may seat wherever you want to … I had to ask to one of the servers, when she came to the table, same no good morning or welcome, nothing, just asked in a upset mode, do you want coffee ? "Jethro's has a large open interior. You can hear each other talk, something too often missing in large restaurants. It has a sports bar vibe mixed with... hmm. Let me think on it. There are approx. 20 tvs surrounding the room. We ordered the Iowa Platter, a sampler of offerings easily big enough for two or three people. They pile on the meats and you pick four sides. The green beans and fried pickles aren't bad, the mac n cheese is homemade and legit. The mashed potatoes are for real, I can't get enough of them. The cornbread muffins are awesome. The only thing that could make them any better is a some jalapeño baked in. The bacon is okay. Thick and sweet, could be cooked a little more. It seems more like pork belly than bacon. The jalapeno sausage is good, nicely seasoned. The chicken, pork, and brisket are all very good. I tried all of the sauces, too. White Sauce: Meh. Spicy Sauce: meh and a half. Signature Sauce: good. Georgia Sauce: perfect on the chicken. Carolina Sauce: great on everything else. The platter great is a bargain, ton of food. It would have been better served on a hot platter to help keep the food warm though. All of the staff did a good job and was courteous. I'm still trying to figure out the second half of the vibe is. Maybe sports bar and trendy brew pub that serves decent food. Yeah, let's go with that."

"Food and service were subpar. I ordered avocado toast. The bread was so stale/cold toast that I was unable to cut into it with a knife. The avocado was smashed but that's it – no seasoning, no garnish, not even salt. I asked for side of bacon, crispy. They brought out undercooked bacon. I asked the waiter to please bring back the menu because I wanted to order something else. It took almost 15 minutes for him to bring the menu and by then my companion was halfway through her meal. I didn't expect fine dining or over the top service but I can't recommend a place that has mean spirited waitstaff and lousy food."

"So tired of them being cheap with salsa or not including it at all. We have ordered let 's say 100 times from them in the past years, and it 's always aggravating. We left a note tonight saying don 't include the side salad, but please may we have some extra salsa. They left the salads off (we are now paying full price for less, fine! , but included ZERO salsas. That means they read the notes, and decided to only follow part of it. What kind of mexican restaurant doesn 't provide salsa? Happens all the time with taco max. Food is solid, fries are surprisingly great, and I love our local businesses, but I can 't in good conscience recommend them. Look, I 'd be happy to _pay_ for the salsa, but it 's not on the menu. To boot, when I 've bought the chips and pico de gallo, they won 't put any complimentary salsa in the bag usually, so I can 't have the varieties just the pico. Makes my wife and I super bummed out because for as sturdy as the food is, it 's always missing something. So close, but for such great potential, they leave is hanging."

"Wife and I have been to this restaurant twice.First time we didn’t stay to even get a table because we walked in and heard a server saying they were out of cinnamon rolls at only 10am. Then while we were waiting for a table we heard them saying they only had a few biscuits left and I judge a new place by their biscuits and gravy so we left.Just went back to try them today, 10/28/23 and we went earlier. Atmosphere was pretty cool as it is around Halloween and one waitress was dressed like a witch but from sheer looks on her own was a dead ringer for Professor Garlic(sp? from the newest Harry Potter video game which was neat.Our particular server greeted us with the exact words of “what do you want to drink?” which was a little abrupt.Ordered peach cobbler pancakes, half biscuits and gravy, cinnamon swirl pancakes and a breakfast burrito with no meat.Menu said burrito should have had peppers and onions, mushrooms and cheese and egg and all that was in it was egg and cheese and raw onion.The home fries were obviously prebagged and frozen and not even thawed before being cooked as some were still hard when we got them.Cinnamon swirl pancakes were mid level at best while the pancake with no frills was good.Peach cobbler pancakes were quite good with the cream cheese filling in the middle of them.The star, and redeeming point for me, was the biscuit. While the gravy itself was basic, when taking a bite of the biscuit itself I was floored. It was light and fluffy, super buttery, and cooked with a nice little crunch from the top of it and was flaky all the way through.Betting a biscuit sandwich would have been pretty awesome if that’s how their biscuits always are!!"

"Service was good overall. Our food took a long time to come out. The food flavor was bland in taste and required a decent amount of black pepper or pepper sauce. I had the Avocado toast. The scrambled eggs were not cooked all the way. My wife had the American waffle and thought it was good, but the eggs and breakfast potatoes were not. I rate this overall a 2.5."

"We ordered cocktail, appetizer, entrée all at the same time. Received all including cocktail appetizer and entrée within five minutes of each other. We didn’t have time to finish the cocktail before the appetizer arrived and we are just taking a couple of bites of the appetizer by the time the entrée arrived. It would’ve been nice to have about 15 minutes at least between delivery of each item. This was on Valentine’s Day and it changed the timbre of the entire celebration. To be clear we felt hurried and rushed."
