"Once again made a visit to the cafe at the Inn on Pamlico during the week after Christmas. Went for Sunday brunch on New Year's Eve, in prior years I've gone for dinner or brunch/breakfast. It's such a classy place regardless of the time of day or meal. Seated on time in a seat overlooking the sound. Excellent service throughout the meal including checking on me mid-way through and timely returning for the check. I had traditional eggs benedict which saw the eggs cooked perfectly with just the right amount of runniness and a nice hunk of ham instead of the traditional Canadian bacon. Well seasoned Hollandaise as well as perfectly cooked seasoned potatoes and a nice side of sausage. I'll always return for a meal when visiting Hatteras Island."
