"3rd visit. I'm just completely underwhelmed by this place. This time I got the Ahi tuna burger. It was a formed patty with chunks of tuna and it was just not that well executed. The flavors were okay but the burger was awkward. There was no sear on it, it was almost like it was microwaved. The temperatures on 2 of the 3 burgers were wrong. If you aren't going to cook them to the correct temperature why ask the customer what temp they want. The prices are outrageous for the quality of food. Our server was no where to be found for long stretches of time. And anytime I have to ask for water makes me feel like there is no point to having a server. It's such a simple thing to look at glasses to make sure everyone has what they need. It wasn't crazy busy so I know that didn't influence the service. I used to be a server for many years so I'm speaking from a place of experience."

"We had a terrible experience when trying to enter for dinner. Our friend was coming down the stars slightly off kilter due to her dyspraxia and we were denied entry due to the person at the door assuming my friend was intoxicated. When we tried to explain we were told any attempt to explain was further going to confirm we were drunk. We asked if he could do any other assessment and were denied. We then went to talk to the manager, not to ask to be let in since the decision was made and we didn’t want to stay at this point, but just to share what had happened and get an apology for our friend, but all we found was excuses about how they had 7 seconds to make a decision and too bad. Never coming back and incredibly disappointed that something like this happens in 2022."

"**Customer Service:** The staff was courteous and attentive. They checked in on my boyfriend and me multiple times, which we appreciated! **Food/Drinks:** I ordered the Mona Lisa pizza with vegan mozzarella as my cheese choice, which I was happy to see on the menu. I opted to exclude the other two cheeses, the ramona and ricotta. If I were to order this pizza again, I would skip the kalamata olives as well. **Parking:** There is plenty of parking available!"

"Our large group visited this iconic theater to watch the new Dr. Strange movie and enjoy some drinks. Sitting in the balcony section offered us an impressive view. The vintage interior design is truly stunning, and the surround sound speakers deliver an impressive audio experience.
