"Unfortunately, this is the only juice bar in my neighborhood, and I've been there several times, always leaving disappointed. Today, I intended to order the Cali wrap and inquired whether the chicken was organic. The employee at the counter confirmed that it was. When I asked if it was grilled, she replied no, interpreting it more as deli meat. This raised concerns about the quality of the meat. I requested to see the packaging, and she showed me a Publix deli meat chicken package, which was clearly NOT organic. I pointed this out, and she simply replied, "Oh, sorry." If I hadn't asked, I would have paid a premium price for their "organic" food, which is obviously not organic and not even hormone-free! I wondered what else on the menu might not be organic without disclosure while charging organic prices. The employee told me I would need to speak to the manager, who is currently on vacation, if I had further questions. She also mentioned that this is a corporate location, raising further concerns about corporate oversight allowing this issue to persist. This suggests a systemic problem rather than an isolated incident. I can no longer trust this location to provide genuinely organic products, despite their marketing claiming, "every order is handcrafted with fresh organic ingredients." If that's not accurate, they should revise their marketing. Additionally, I've noticed that the juices in the fridge are almost always empty. I'm unsure if this is a widespread issue, but this location is in dire need of improvement!"
