"Everything about this place is great, except the wait! I almost gave 3 stars because I placed an online order 10 hours in advance) and it wasn't ready until 40 minutes after the scheduled pick up time! That is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. I can understand a reasonable wait time for walk in orders, because everything is made fresh and they don't have a lot of staff on hand at once, but not for a scheduled order. Maybe 5 mins max. Having said that though, the bowls and juice are delicious. The bowl was a little pricey $13) but I enjoyed every bite. I've had a fresh juice on numerous occasions and always want more. I will continue to eat here, but they really need to figure out something about this wait time because after reading other reviews this seems to be a recurring issue that is causing a loss in return customers."

"$10 for a sandwich they can't even make it correctly. They also had unlabeled food in the pickup area, told me it was mine, it was not mine so I went back in there with the wrong item that I had just opened in my car completely out of their sight to get my poorly made correct item. They put the item I brought back into the store right back into the pickup area. They had no idea what I did to it. Luckily, I didn't touch it but there was no way they could've known that I would hate for that to happen to me. I will never go back because the quality of $10 turkey sandwiches should be pretty high (ie. My entire sandwich should have meat not just one side) they clearly aren't concerned with sanitation/contamination. The second I touched that box it should've been thrown out."

"Went through drive through at 10am on Thursday morning. Nobody ahead of me, nobody behind me. Placed order, told to drive to window which I did. Nobody at window. Sat for 15 minutes until a girl came from back and noticed me. She left. A different girl comes to window and asks if I had almond toast, to which I replied yes. She takes money and walks off. That was at 10:17. A different girl starts making toast at counter because I can see her. When she can back to window I asked her if they had forgotten about me. She blamed computer screen didn?t show my order. That?s irrelevant because I clearly spoke to a live person when I placed my order at drive through. I told her as a business practice, this is unacceptable. There were no other customers walking in or at drive through. So so disappointed. No compensation was offered. Won?t be back. Three employees there and none of them paying attention to their job. Sad."

"Overall enjoyed my acaci bowl and energy juice but this place is way understaffed. Only one woman working—Abbi was awesome and said hello to everyone, and reassured she’d be right with me and the other customers! It did take a bit to order but she was all by herself and had online orders coming in and 3 people including myself in line. She worked efficiently and I hope she gets a raise because making toast, wraps, bowls and fresh juices all at once is WAY too much for one person to do alone but she rocked it! I used to work in a smoothie shop and watching her work diligently reminded me of when I did the same thing.I give Clean Juice 3 stars for them being understaffed right before lunch but also because the prices are a bit astronomical. These two items cost me $30 (that’s with a tip but it was probably close to $26) I guess if you’re wanting to spend money on the pricey ingredients it makes sense but I won’t return.
