"I met up with some friends for lunch and we took advantage of the lovely patio on a sunny day. Our waitress was very attentive and let us chat for a long time without making us feel rushed, which was nice. Unfortunately, the lamb burger I ordered was dry and didn't meet the high standard I've had in the past. However, my friends seemed to enjoy their meals. Overall, I was pleased with the experience except for the food. I still plan to return, as I usually have a much better dining experience there. Hopefully, this disappointing meal was just a one-off."

"We arrived at the restaurant shortly after 6:30pm. As we entered, we noticed that a group of three women behind us were greeted before us, which we found strange. We were seated at a table and ordered an appetizer. Unfortunately, the Crab Rangoons and sauce were terrible. However, the Hot and Sour soup was good. My entree was overwhelmed with sauce, the vegetables were undercooked, and despite being listed as spicy, it was sweet like pancake syrup. It seems that this restaurant may have been better in the past, but it appears they have lost their passion for cooking. The prices are excessive for the quality of the food. We felt there was no value for what we received on our plates, and it seemed more like a place for the wealthy to spend money and socialize. We will not be returning. "Have carried out from here numerous times with good results but tonight was a weird exception. We ordered two pad Thai at spice level 1 2 which in the past here and everywhere else is very mild kick. At home my wife couldn’t eat it way too spicy. I ate just a little with beads of sweat on my scalp and forehead. Ok I called and said could we replace this is too spicy.(an easy 4). They said sure with no spice. Whatever, I just want to eat dinner. Here’s the weird part. After driving back to the restaurant the same woman working the desk said that what we had was ‘no spices’ (keeping in mind we ordered 1 2) and that she can’t give us replacements because they’ll be the same way. I told her we’d had it here before and it was fine (actually very good) but she was insisting that we shouldn’t order Pad Thai as it doesn’t come any milder than what we got. I wasn’t going to argue with this woman and told her to give me a refund. I mentioned I guess their recipe changed and we’ll get Pad Thai somewhere else and she said, yes, you need to do that! It was almost comical how bad her customer attitude was except I’d driven here twice and still had no dinner to eat . With fond memories of this establishment in the past, I was eager to see the improvements made during their grand reopening. I am pleased to report that my visit was nothing short of delightful. First and foremost, the service at Biggby Coffee was exceptional. The staff was not only welcoming, but genuinely friendly and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a sincere desire to help. It was evident that customer satisfaction was a top priority, and the staff's enthusiasm added an extra touch to my overall experience. The café's interior had received a much-needed makeover. The new floors and furniture were not only visually appealing, but also exceptionally clean. As soon as I entered, I was met with a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
