"We then waited 45 minutes for a tasting flight and a charcuterie board. When we inquired about the board, our waitress seemed taken aback and claimed we couldn't have ordered it from her. However, we hadn’t spoken to anyone else. Eventually, they offered the tasting flight on the house, but the overall service felt passive-aggressive, and it was clear that the staff lacked customer service experience. They appeared to be short-staffed and could have salvaged the situation with better handling, but unfortunately, they did not. We won’t be returning."
