"We arrived early and paid $20 for parking. When we got there, we were informed that they don't accept reservations made through Open Table. Additionally, we were told that the kitchen closed at 5:00 PM, and our reservation was for 5:00 PM. Frustrated, we decided to go to Ray in the City instead and ended up paying $40 for parking there. This restaurant really needs to honor Open Table reservations, as it was a significant inconvenience for us."
