"This restaurant offers excellent service and delicious food! I personally prefer my steak rare and it was cooked to perfection, although it may appear too raw for some people. Despite how rare it was, the steak was incredibly tender and practically melted in my mouth like butter. It is a difficult task to cook a steak this way, but this restaurant did it perfectly. I rarely order this type of steak because not every restaurant can get it right, but Long Horn did an exceptional job. The side dishes were also great, with flavors that are not typically found in everyday meals. Overall, it was a deliciously indulgent experience. The server was polite and attentive, and we were very pleased with the service. Great job, Long Horn!"

"First we highly recommend the call ahead seating. We were seated quickly even though it was a packed house. Our server was great, Nicole with the red glasses, great personality and never left us feeling forgotten about even when she landed a table of 12 next to us. The food was delicious, I had the chops and loaded baked potato and the Mrs had the parm crusted chicken with the loaded baked potato. We skipped desert in favor of the Sam's Seasonal brew. Overall great experience and everyone there hustled constantly."

"I went in for the chiefs game, had a couple drinks with our food and ended up leaving because I was feeling sick. Paid the tab, and didn't think to check the tab until we got to the car because we were in a hurry. Realized we got charged for food we did not order. I called up to the restaurant and explained the situation, but the manager refused to reverse the charge because he remembered bringing it to our table. We never got that food nor did we order it. The server even kept telling us he accidentally kept getting the orders mixed up between tables when he was putting our order in."

"The service was really disappointing. The butter for the bread was rock solid, straight out of the fridge. When we asked the waitress to soften it a little so we could spread it without tearing the bread, she seemed annoyed. We ordered two sweet teas with no lemon, but they were served with lemon in them. When I mentioned the mistake, she just removed the lemon and brought them back. I ordered a hamburger but received a cheeseburger instead. Additionally, I asked for a loaded baked potato and ended up with mashed potatoes."

"I’ve eaten here many times over the course of the years since some of my older family members really like it. To me it’s just average chain-restaurant fare. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of just 3 was because my father was not at all happy with his steak. He said it was gristly and half of it was inedible. The server was quick to correct the problem, and, after a short time, the manager brought a new steak to the table complete with a baked potato made the special way it had been ordered originally. She didn’t even bat an eye when my father immediately asked her for a to-go box. So you made it right, made him happy (which isn’t easy to do), and, therefore, made me happy."

"I visit this location often, and the food is usually perfectly prepared, and the servers are excellent. On this visit, the service was excellent as always, however the food was very disappointing. My guest and I both ordered the T-bone steak medium, and different sides. The steaks were both paper thin and very over-cooked, and the asparagus was thick, smashed flat, and cooked to mush. After all was said and done, we spent over $100 for a meal that was barely edible."

"LH steakhouse gets a solid 3.5 stars. Customer service was great. Our waitress was attentive and checked up on us often. The food had great flavor too. However, the overriding theme for most of the food we ate was that it had a heavy hand of salt on it. I did mention this to our waitress, who then stated that we could request less salt on our food the next time we visit. For a few items, they weren't salty at all. I will emphasize these as we go through what we tried: Complimentary bread: this was ok. I preferred the soft and pillowy rolls at Texas Roadhouse. Corn tortilla soup: it had a nice southwestern flavor to it. It was salty, though. Shrimp and lobster chowder: creamy with a decent amount of shrimp and lobster. I liked the corn bits throughout. This was not salty. Mac and cheese: creamy with a nice crusty topping. This was not salty. Loaded baked potato: Delicious with all the fixings mixed in together. This was not salty. Ribeye steaks: Great charbroiled steaks and cooked to the right medium rare temperature. But, heavy on the salt. I had to eat my baked potato in alternating bites to the steak to overcome the hit of salt. LH burger: Delicious and beefy! Loved this burger. It was cooked to medium rare. But, my lil bro would've preferred it cooked to medium next time to get a firmer burger texture. Otherwise, it was a great burger. This was not salty. The bun was fluffy and the veggies inside were fresh. Seasoned fries: crispy and fragrant. But, again too salty. Overall, we liked it here. Next time, we will definitely request less salt. But, the burger and steaks were delicious. The loaded baked potato was worth it too."

"First let me start with the food, it was very good and cooked properly. As far as the restaurant property itself I thought was dirty inside and the table when we sat down was rather unclean underneath. And the waitress was subpar. Whenever we started asking her a question she would interrupt and finish our statement which is not what we were going to ask. My wife had a cracked water glass and she says well it's not leaking! What she should have said was let me take that from you and get you another one. We had to ask a second time. As far as beverages other than the water two of our party wanted **** Marys and we were told that there was no **** Mary mix or tomato juice in house. Grocery store is only a couple of miles away somebody could have got some petty cash and bought some! I will have to reiterate that the food was very good and cooked well. We stopped going to the Victor store because of the same reasons. Now I have to think twice about coming to the grease store."

"We like Longhorn, the food is usually consistently good. We went there a few weeks ago on a Sunday, for lunch. The service was a little slow, but in all fairness they were understaffed with only a few waiters/waitresses covering the entire restaurant and they were hustling, so grateful for that. The food was very good, I had the 12 oz ribeye, with loaded baked potato (perfectly cooked) my daughter had the filet with rice (steak was perfectly cooked/rice kind of plain but steakhouses are not typically known for rice), and we shared the firecracker chicken wraps (always nice to have). Generous portions, we actually took some of the app home, because we were full. Ambiance is also always nice. They could do a better job with dusting the areas around tables. Overall it was a good experience."

The manager was active and visible and his staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Our awesome waitress was named Vicky and the manager was so personable!! He said he was from New Jersey and was able to carry on an authentic conversation while gauging how our dining experience was going will definitely go back there the food and drinks were perfection! "This was our first time at this location and it was good but not great. We had a short wait, not a big deal, we went over to the bar to get a drink while we waited. The bartender saw us, said hi but went to the side of the bar to do something. Maybe fill ice or re stock stuff? Then after 10 mins she finally came over and asked what we'd like, just as the hostess said our table was ready. So that was a little frustrating but not a huge deal. Our server was great! Quick and to the point! Drinks were made perfectly. Soup, salad, stuffed mushrooms were awesome. We ordered ribeyes and they were crazy seasoned. I like salty but this was too salty, and very peppery. It was spicy! I know my parents wouldn't be able to handle that and would have sent it back lol We just scrapped the top off a bit and it was good."

There wasn 't enough space to wait inside, a bunch of people were waiting outside, and so we actually went and waited inside the hotel lobby (where some of our group were staying as guests).With how busy they were, I would have thought that their food, specifically their steak, since they 're a steakhouse, would be amazing, but I was quite disappointed.I don 't think the horrible parking situation, long wait times, and loud atmosphere are worth that piece of meat, pretending to be a delicious steak."

"Went to dinner tonight 8/11 on a date with my husband to enjoy some nice steak dinners after a super long week. Waitress was super pleasant and helpful. We ordered and as soon as our salads came I noticed fruit flies flying around. It went the whole dinner but we couldn’t catch them to smash them. My husband smashed one but there were still bugs flying around. One even flew off my husbands drink! The. Entire. Dinner. Almost finished when we looked at the walls to see a LOT of these bugs. No wonder we had bugs on our food and drinks and in our faces the entire dinner. We told the waitress and she was HORRIFIED and went to tell her manager. He came over and asked if we wanted a new table no thanks we are legit done eating. Then offered us a dessert. A free dessert to have bugs everywhere the entire time we ate?! No. On top of we don’t eat dessert so that would have been wasted. He said sorry and walked away. I spent $80 on food plus the tip we left our waitress and you think a free dessert excuses bugs? I get they can’t help it but if they know there’s bugs all over the two corner walls why seat people there?!? To be honest it was disgusting, absolutely annoying, and definitely not an enjoyable relaxing dinner date with my husband. Super not happy. Also please see the pictures. All the black dots are bugs."

"I'm not typically a fan of chain restaurants, but this one was an exception. The place was extremely clean, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Our server was outstanding—if you visit the Camilla's location in New York, definitely ask for Ally (not sure about the spelling). She handled the busy restaurant well, staying calm, offering helpful suggestions, and maintaining a smile throughout our visit. The prices were reasonable for the meal we had. "Shout out to the best manager I ever received service from! CLIFF, at the Enfield, CT location, has been so far one of the best on this field of business. This restaurant is always a place where you can enjoy a great atmosphere, service, and attention. Thanks to Damian, our waiter yesterday, for his service. After sharing with Cliff my last experience at the restaurant located near Jacksonville airport, he went above and beyond by giving me a discount.
