"We waited for quite awhile at the hostess stand on a Thursday night, to check in with our Open Table reservation, and no one ever came. So we finally found a server, but than had to doublecheck multiple times, to make sure that we were logged into the system, to earn our points. Wait service was unbelievably slow, our meal took a full hour longer than normal, with us frequently having to ask for help from a staff member walking by. The food was delicious as usual, but we have been going to this Eddies for years, and their service levels are dropping off precipitously."
