"This was our second visit for brunch, and unfortunately, it seems the restaurant either underestimated the number of reservations for Father's Day or was short-staffed in the kitchen—perhaps both. We ended up waiting an hour for our food. When it finally arrived, it was tasty, but several of the entrees were cold. Our server, Hannah, apologized multiple times for the delay, and the manager made an effort to address the situation by offering a discount on our bill, which we appreciated. However, this is now the second time we've experienced an unacceptably long wait for our food (our previous visit had a wait, but it wasn't as bad as this one). I’m unsure if we’ll give it a third try, even though the restaurant and hotel are beautiful, and my family and I enjoy the atmosphere."
