"I've spent almost my entire career working in restaurants, and I've also experienced the challenge of being the only employee handling both the drive-thru and the register. If you haven't been in that situation, you really can't imagine how tough it is. I really dislike the management for putting this poor girl in such a difficult position. Honestly, if I were in their shoes, I'd sooner close the restaurant than overwhelm one person like that. During my visit, there was no barbecue sauce, no ranch dressing, the coupon system wasn’t working, and the self-serve soda machine was out of order. Despite all this, the employee remained pleasant and kind. I genuinely feel for her, as it seemed like she was managing everything alongside just one cook. On a positive note, I was excited to be able to order a Beyond burger and crinkle-cut fries."
