"Terrible experience! At 7:30pm tonight, I was at the window to get my order. The guy working the window was absolutely rude and a jerk. He gave me the wrong soda and told me that was what I ordered. It was not what I ordered. I ordered a “Hi-C Orange” but they only sell “Hi-C Fruit Punch”, so that’s what he gave me. When I asked him “why he did not tell me they only sold “Fanta Orange so I could order that drink”, he told me “I do not read minds.” Then he started arguing with me about who was wrong! Then I spoke to the shift leader, who was very professional, courteous, and calming. I left there appreciating the shift leaders help, and hopeful I won’t see that guy again!"

They decided to be worse than McDonald's next door, now they won't let you in to order. Why would I have to go get car just to sit in the drive thru to order now when I work across the street.

The service at this restaurant was not good. The cashier had a bad attitude and was not friendly when I asked about an extra charge. They said it was because of the portion size, which was fine, but the problem was their attitude when explaining it. Additionally, I received the wrong order. Overall, not a good experience. On 7/5/2022, I encountered two rude and lazy women working the late shift at the restaurant. When I tried to ask a question, they were dismissive and unhelpful, claiming they were too busy to talk. They even closed the indoor seating area before closing time. Overall, I had a negative experience and would not recommend this place to others. I chose not to eat there as I did not trust how my food would be handled.

I'm not usually a hamburger person when I do go and have a hamburger I'm specific about how I'd like it if I ask for extra crispy onion rings on my western bacon cheeseburger that's what I expect to have if I ask for extra barbecue sauce and lettuce and tomatoes that's exactly how I want it most of the time I get this and if I ask for well done zucchini that's how I want it. And that's how I got it thank you I enjoyed my meal
