"I?ve always gone to the basils in downtown Jackson, but I?d ordered on an app and this location was one of the restaurants available. I always get the grilled chicken pasta salad, and every time I get it from downtown it?s delicious. This locationmust not have been having a good day, because per the reviews they must usually have good food. The chicken wasn?t grilled, andyou could tell it was processed and prepackaged, definitely not fresh. The downtown location always adds huge chunks ofmozzarella to theirs, this one didn?t include any. And the bread that comes with it from downtown is always charred very nicelywith lots of flavor. The bread with this one was barely toasted and looked like all they did was dab some oil on it. Kind of adisappointment. Will definitely be sticking with the downtown branch."
