"Upon arrival the hostess couldn’t locate our reservation. I informed her I booked through open table. Her response “the trouble with open table is they never shut it off. I will have to see if I can fit you in”. She acted as if she was doing me a favor. When seated the waitress took our drink order then 15 min later we got our drinks. That is the last we saw of her until time for the bill which she did not get right and I ended up talking with I believe to be the manager to correct it. I’m not certain if our table was getting poor service due to the hostess/restaurants unhappiness that we booked through open table. The food (Thanksgiving Day buffet) had issues with enough food. I heard many complaints from other diners about the slow replenishing of food items. I will never return nor encourage anyone else to visit that restaurant. The hostess could have greeted us in a welcome manner and the waitress providing us with a refill on tea. Ridiculous."
