"Disappointing, we actually left the restaurant 5 minutes after arriving. Due to the strike, which was SO loud and obnoxious, the restaurant had all of their liquor locked up so they were not serving any cocktails and the available menu options were a fraction of what was listed online. We decided to leave and walk over to Gaslamp to find another option which due to many events happening, it was difficult to find a table at another restaurant. I’m bummed that we made our plans and reservations at Hudson Nash and it did not meet our expectations. I’m not favoring the strike on one side or the other as it seems to just be a bummer for all, including consumers."

"Great spot near the Kingston ferry to get a bite to eat. Thought it was just another little burger hut.....and it is..... but with a nice bit of variety mixed into the flavors. Burgers, french dips, pulled pork, cheese steaks, appetizers, daily specials, etc. Can substitute chicken into any burger and some nice options for those that can't eat pork or beef. They were definitely busy when we got there but it did not affect food quality or service. A little limited on the number of seats available, but they have some nice tables outside and air-conditioning inside. Seemed like a really great crew of ladies working there, both out front and in the kitchen and they made our lunch great. Thanks Grub Hut crew!"

"We've been wanting to try this place since it opened. We went to a cincinnati brew event at another location and received a $10 gift card for cartridge brewing from one of their employees so we thought that was a sign that we should pull the trigger and make the trip. Self seating was fine. Place was huge. No wait staff approached us but figured out you order by scanning a qr code and going from there. Placed the order, I got a cartridge burger and wife got some type of tacos. Asked for no pickles on the burger and I got pickles. No big deal. The thousand island sauce that was supposed to be on the burger was literally a small dab. Burger was over cooked and dry. Wife said the tacos were nothing to write home about. Beer was excellent. We finished our meal was going to have another beer but nobody ever checked on us. The only human interaction was the guy bringing the food out. They were busy so I can understand that but we decided to go ahead and pay out online and leave. I attempted to use the gift card that was given to us only to realize the gift card balance was $0. So, I felt pretty deceived by the csrtridge employee who gave me the card. Service not great, food is okay. Beer is great they definitely have that going for them. I can't say much for anything else."

"Without being served. The service in this place is at best abysmal. Shortly after the traditional lunch hour. The patio was completely empty and there were some open places in the dining area. Waited 5 minutes until the hostess stood back to the hostess to show us to a table. Wait for a server at the table for 30 minutes. I tried in vain to mark one down. It became clear that we are not served. Another table of four next to our table was sitting before our arrival. No server visited the table. After 35 minutes we went out. Nobody even told us when we got up and were gone. Needless to say, none of us will ever set foot again. I don't know what it's going to take for Alice Cooper to get from his duff and make some overdue employees changes to this place, but this place is a total embedding. Avoid this place at all costs."

"The staff was friendly, but mostly absent. The restaurant was fairly empty, but the service was very slow. Ordered a bottle of white wine (way overpriced), which was served at room temperature, and served minutes after ordering. Soup/salad were served minutes later. Then, unexpectedly, the entre was served minutes later. Basically, the wine was warm, the soup was cold, but the main dish was fine. Meal presentation was not a consideration. Don’t know how it came out of the kitchen, but it was served with all the components in a heap. Given that this was a business meal, among friends, I didn’t give it lower ratings. Had this been for a special occasion, the ratings would have been lower"

"We went to this restaurant prior to going to see a show at the Rady Shell. The location in the Hilton is very convenient to the Shell. The restaurant’s menu has limited options and is fairly pricey. I thought it would mean that the food would be excellent. We ordered an appetizer, a main course and some wine. Initially the waiter was attentive and brought our drinks and some water for the table. The experience went downhill from there. Our appetizer and main entre were served at the same time and the food was cold. While the flavor of the food was ok it was nothing spectacular. We asked to share one entre and the waiter did nkt even bring an extra plate. For the price, I was disappointed in the food quality and service. Such a disappointment. I would not return."
