"One of the best sushi places in the area! My friends and I come here all the time and love sitting at the sushi bar for all you can eat. If you get the chance to sit at the sushi bar I HIGHLY recommend sitting in David’s section. He’s by far the bestchef there, he makes his own specialty rolls (off menu) and has the best recommendations on what to add. Unfortunately, lasttime we went in David informed us that management told him he can only make rolls off the menu.. 5 starts because David rocks, 1star for management taking away the best rolls I’ve ever had…"

"If I could do negative Stars I would. It was the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. The bartender was absolutely disrespectful and rude. Those might be the same things but I will never go back. The food was absolutely atrocious. I ordered the teriyaki chicken. And they gave me rice. The chicken was not even cooked. I will never order food from this establishment again. Hopefully this gets into the right hands because this place is ridiculous. "We have been loyal customers of Trappers since it was known as Sushi Town, so we have been visiting for many years. During our recent visit, we found the service and atmosphere to be excellent, but the quality of the food was not as good as we have experienced in the past. In particular, the rice was under cooked. This was the first time in over 20 years that we have encountered an issue with our meal. We will still return in the future, but perhaps we will choose a different location next time."

"Service was great at first. The bartender was awesome and took great care of us while we waited for space at the All You Can Eat. The sushi chef was funny and entertaining, he introduced his specialty roll which was delicious. He did get behind a few times with orders because he had a hard time chatting and making rolls you could tell the waitress were getting a little annoyed with him. They didn't keep their masks completely covering their faces at all times and it made me a little nervous and the sushi chef told us he had had COVID and still couldn't taste. The bartender turned us over to a waitress who was supposed to check on us but no one ever checked on us during our time at the all you can eat bar. We had to wait for a good mins for us to get our bill so we could leave...everyone was too busy to pay attention to us and when we finally did get someone to pay attention she blamed it on the bartender and said that she was supposed to take care of us even though the bartender was supposed to leave a couple of hours before we left (the bartender was still on site helping with things because it was so busy but she technically had passed us on to Casey the waitress). Because of the confusion, lack of attention and not able to handle the stress of being busy...that's why I rated them low. It would have been higher if someone had taken care of us after the bartender passed us on and we didn't have to wait forever for our check to come. The sushi chef even asked if we are just hanging out or waiting to pay...we told him we were waiting for our bill but nothing happened after that."

"Surprisingly roomy from viewing it on the streets. This restaurant has a nice vibe. We opted in for the lunch buffet which mainly comes with rolls that are not raw. Most of them are cooked or fried which is odd that there couldn't be more raw sushi rolls as the option. We got a good amount of food and definitely got a large return on our investment. The food was delicious however there was a discrepancy that original sushi chef had to take a 15 minute break which left us idle with nothing to eat because our next chef didn't introduce himself to us and proceeded to make to go orders until I had to talk to him about it and he proceeded to make our food. But like I said the food was appetizing. But one rule stood out as not that great which was the rainbow roll. It really felt like they skimped out on the raw fish and instead gave a huge amount of imitation crab in the center. But definitely want to come to the dinner buffet sometime soon. I'm hoping that it will be much more worth it."

"On a weekday of Trapper stopped for a team dinner reservation. We were a party of about 12 and we were sitting right away. We ordered the shrimp tempura, veggie tempura and fried Calamari for starters and ordered the Trump, Samantha, Rock Roll, Phoenix and a few veggie roles, of which I remember Cryssi. From all the roles we had here, the BEST was the veggie roll Cryssi. It was great and had amazing aromas. Imagine coming into a sushi restaurant want to eat some good fish and tie the Veggie sushi roll? Does volume really sound? I have sincerely none of the roles except the Trump who was okish good, and the Veggie rolled Cryssi the best we had this night. The shrimp empura was amazing and the shrimps melt in my mouth it was so delicious. The rest of the rolls did not taste fresh, the sauce gave no taste and they were all so meh. The fried Calamari was fine and the veggie tempura lacked spices. We also ordered many drinks and the drinks were too sweet and didn't taste alcoholics. That was okay. Service was super slow. We went in at 4:45, and went out at 7:20, and consumed this whole time for 30 45 minutes, while the rest waited for our food. All in all I had much better sushi otherwise where and I would not recommend this place. I had a terrible experience and the same was shared by my colleagues."

"My friend and I came and we got the ice cream/candy blend (cannot remember the name). We were both really satisfied with what we got. The drive thru is honestly pretty confusing but they were respectful when we drove through the drive thru backwards."
