"Rude manager, long waitsAmazing experiences here in the past, but as of late, this place has gone dramatically downhill. First, we were seated and it took 20 minutes for a waiter to realize we were not serviced yet. When they asked for drinks, I had ordered a beer, in which I had to show an ID. The waiter took it to the back almost immediately to check if it is real. It is a real vertical GA ID. It is not anywhere near expired but could be updated to a horizontal if I want to. However, I am 23 and all what needed to be done is to look at the DOB on the card to verify that I am not a minor. After another 15-20 minutes, both the waiter and manager came back to tell me that I cannot be served tonight. It would have been fine if it wasn't for the snarky comments the manager gave. It is a vertical ID after all, and I am aware that there was always a possibility for a misunderstanding. I was fine with not being served, but it was the conversation that was irritating. She had loudly announced that I had brought in a fake ID and it was ridiculous to think I am to be served tonight. She repeated that about 3 times loudly enough to draw attention from surrounding patrons. I asked to have my ID back, because it is real. She was hesitant at first, but as soon as I mentioned getting the police involved to get my ID back, she backed down thankfully. Before leaving, she told me I can kindly go to the DMV website, fill out the required information, and get a real card. Seriously? Extremely unprofessional and just rude. It was humiliating making an entire production out of it. A simple no would have sufficed. On top of that, my order was wrong and came out cold after another 30-35 minutes for 6 wings in a half empty building. Overall, the manager's disgusting behavior, wait, and cold food left a bad taste in my mouth- literally."
