"I ordered food online and when I received my order, the pizza was incorrect. I called the restaurant to explain the issue, but initially, they did not seem concerned. The only solution offered was for me to bring back the incorrect pizza for a remake or receive a voucher for a free pizza at that specific location. Since I am not from Anacortes and am staying in a hotel, this was not a convenient option for me. The restaurant then provided excuses such as being short-staffed and having a large order of 50 pizzas which led to mistakes. This lack of customer service was disappointing, and I would like to speak with a regional or corporate manager."

"The last two times I ordered I noticed the quality is not as good. Ordered the classic with crumbled sausage. The buttercrust was not as it was in the past. The sauce or lack of it tasted as though they opened a can of tomatoes and threw it on. Tasteless, flavorless, and tinny taste.I started going to Lou's when they were by my house in Lincolnwood in the 60s. This is not the same Lou's. Very disappointed."

"The restaurant has a decent atmosphere and overall quality, but it leans towards the pricey side. I'm giving it a rating of 3 to draw some attention on the app. Unfortunately, the customer service leaves much to be desired, and there isn’t enough space for comments. My emails often go unanswered, and the app frequently prompts me to log in again. I prefer to tip based on my own judgment, so it's quite presumptuous to assume a 20% tip and then require me to remove it. Furthermore, the app makes it challenging to use my reward points. I shouldn't have to hunt for my rewards number; it should automatically appear when I log in. Overall, I feel quite frustrated as I'm not getting the points I believe I should. The rewards number should populate automatically upon logging in, and I should be able to save my login information for easier access in the future."

"Looks like we are done with Lou Malnati’s. Second order in a row, first from Oakbrook Terrace and now from Elmhurst that was placed directly on the Lou’s website but was delivered by doordash.Tracking showed the order picked up then food took a 40 minute trip with the driver into Bensenville then back to Elmhurst then here to Villa Park. We are less than 10 minutes from the Elmhurst location. Delivery was done by a person in a uhaul van. Pizza was not in a warmer.$50 for a cold pizza.For the price Lou’s charges they can afford to pay their own drivers. Ridiculous."

"The most lovely and kindest staff I have encountered in a long, long time. The service here is remarkable and the manager/owner will go out of his way to ensure a beyond perfect customer experience. I would recommend this location over any other, and will be driving more time to this location going forward because of how well they prepare food, their timeliness, and customer service. Massive thanks to the LZ team for working so hard; it is seen and appreciated."

"Ordered a large pepperoni in the drive through at 8:03pm, was told it?d be a 5 minute wait. Pull around to the front of the store to wait. Was given a beeper, after about 20-25 mins I went in to ask how much longer. Took probably about 10 minutes foran employee to see that they had customers in the store. The young man completely ignored me as I was standing at the counterand helped the customer behind me and went to the back. Another few minutes and the manager came out to the front. I was able toask and was told ?it?s in the oven, sorry baby.? And she went to the back as well. I wanted a refund after the amount of time Ihad to wait and especially after discovering our pizza was RAW when we got home. A roundabout total of 45 mins waiting on apizza that was RAW and money down the drain for an inedible pizza. Absolutely ridiculous, terrible customer service. Take yourmoney elsewhere."

"I had a great experience at this restaurant—they made my custom pizza just right, which isn't something you find at many other places. Since I'm lactose intolerant, I often order pepperoni pizzas without cheese, and that's surprisingly difficult to come by. I only received one incorrect order, but they resolved it right away. My grandma mentioned that their sauce can lead to a bit more heartburn than other pizza sauces, so if you're susceptible to heartburn, it might be a good idea to enjoy it in moderation."

"Tonight I accidentally ordered my pizza for the next day and I didn't know how to cancel my order. I called the store and a very polite guy answered and assured me he would figure it out and also make the pizza for me right away. We headed to Pullman from Moscow and arrived at the store at about 8:03PM, right as they started turning off the lights. I quickly checked what time they closed and I saw they were closing at 8PM tonight. I decided to call again and the same guy answered, he was so considerate of us and told us he had our food waiting inside and that we were welcome to come in, after they had closed. When we went inside he was very quick to hand us our food and he apologized for the mix up. I wish we would've gotten his name because that guy deserves a raise!! Phenomenal customer service at this location, they went above and beyond for me tonight. :"

"Did some cost analysis and little ceasers is just as expensive if not more than dominoes. Especially if you know some coupon codes. Little Ceasers much like McDonald’s use to be known for just cheap pizza. Not so much anymore.Kid-friendliness: People here are always nice to my kids. Offer them cookies sometimes or the brownie treats you have to buy.Parking: Parking is shared with multiple businesses within the Whole Foods area. Tight parking and is usually full.Wheelchair accessibility: One level easy access"

"Great Italian beef sandwich and super friendly staff. I was sitting at the restaurant next door not realizing they closed early, and Jonis (a Lou Malnati?s staffer) saw me sitting there and let me know that Lou?s is still open and could make me an amazingsandwich. It was right before closing and the staff was polite, helpful, and didn?t act inconvenienced at all. Best of all, thefood was delicious (way better than what I would?ve gotten next door)."

"Tried to buy two orders of crazy bread with sauce. We were asked if we were paying cash or card?I presented my card and then I was told sorry they are only accepting cash. My friend asks the cashier can she break a $50? She says no. So we say we'll be right back so we can get a smaller bill. Upon returning, I watch the gentleman at the counter put two orders of crazy bread in a take out plastic bag. We order our two crazy breads again, and he tells me it'll take about 10 minutes since we want it fresh out the oven. After about seven minutes, I walk back in. I preceed to watch him grab the two crazy breads from when we walked in and start to hand it to me. I told him that those were the ones he originally put in the warmer when we walked in. He bold face lies to me and said that they weren't. So I take the bread reluctantly and get in the car and hand the bag to my friend. As expected, the bread was not fresh and hot! It was luke warm at best. Won't be returning!"

"My husband ordered food at 5:30 by calling Lou Malnati in Geneva. They said it would be delivered at 6:30. We waited till 7:00 to call. First they said it had been delivered then they said it was on its way. That’s when we got a tracking message from door dash saying it was on its way but it showed the driver going the wrong way. We received the food at 8:30. The deep dish was cold. We had guests so we had already ordered food from another place. Very disappointing service."

"Not sure what happened with management for this location or if they were short on staff but was waiting for my pizza for 50 mins in the lobby. There were only two people working so I figured it would be delayed but for an hour? Also, one of the two was clearly new and untrained. What happened to the older white hair lady? She was always on top of the crew and made sure things were quick. I'm disappointed and hoping things will get better."
"About a month ago I ordered here and received the wrong pizza, I tried to call them to let them know and the area manager Sasha Varnell called me in the middle of the work day and then followed up with a rude email later because I didn?t answer. It was a $6 pizza so who really cares I decided to just stop dealing with them. I just placed another online order and went to pick it up, there was a nice employee helping me but 3 cheesy jalapeño sauces that I paid for were not in stock, they offered to replace that with marinara that you already get for FREE. They had no way to give me my money back and the senior employee on staff couldn?t have cared less. Again not a huge deal but apparently at this little caesars you get what they give you and just have to deal with it."

"This review is more for the company’s “policy” than anything else.The employees are friendly and seem to do their jobs just fine.I ordered a large Malnati Chicago classic deepdish. The pizza comes with sausage, but I asked for only half of it with sausage and leave the other half with just cheese.Upon paying, their “policy” made it so I was to be charged an additional $3.80 for extra sausage. I found this a little confusing because the pizza already came with sausage, and I was only asking for half of the usual quantity of sausage, yet I was to be charged an additional $3.80. I spoke with the manager and said there was nothing he could do because it was the company “policy” which was disappointed.Due to principle, I did not pay and unfortunately had to get my pie elsewhere.I hope this policy can change I doubt I’m the only customer who’s encountered this issue."
"I 've grown up eating Lou Malnati 's deep dish BUTTER crust pizza with sausage. It 's the only deep dish Chicago style pizza I recommend. The sauce is not acidic, but has a subtle sweetness, they 're generous with the cheese and it 's remarkable how they 're able to achieve such consistency of flavors, quality and crust perfection from one location to the next. Dining in at one of their restaurants is a treat but if you pick it up or have it delivered they don 't miss a beat. Your food will arrive and taste like it went straight out their kitchen door to your table. If you 've never tried Lou 's DEEP DISH BUTTER CRUST you 've got to try it. If you have the crazy notion that all Chicago style pizzas are the same, well think again. Lou 's pizza is what deep dish pizza is all about."
"I have no idea how this place is getting so many rave reviews. I love little ceasers, and I don 't know how anyone who 's ever eaten at a real store can say this even remotely compares. For one, both times I 've visited this mobile kitchen the crazy bread has been limp, oil soaked sponge sticks that don 't even taste like anything. Certainly not like the parm and garlic they should. Crazy bread is supposed to hold it 's stick shape, not fold in half on themselves when you pick them up. The pizza? The crust is way thick, and again, tastes nothing like any pizza I 've ever gotten from little ceasers before. To me, it tastes like the dough is totally different, and the garlic butter is also different or diluted. If it 's not, then the people running this kitchen need to go try Grayson 's store and ask them why it 's so much better."

"A good Lou's pizza is always welcome. Only issue at this location is the waiting time and waiting area are very cumbersome. I arrived a few minutes early from the time that was on my receipt, just to wait almost 15 minutes while staff and other customers shuffled around the overcrowded waiting area. What's the point of having a pickup time if everyone is just waiting for 15 minutes? It could have been a busier day than normal, but I've never had this issue at other Lou pickup locations. Why are all the refrigerators out in the open, while employees have to ask customers to move every time they need to open a refrigerator? Again no issues at other local locations, so maybe this location is short staffed. Food was amazing as always."
