"We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When we picked up our pizza last night, the employee at the window, who wore glasses, seemed barely awake and struggled to take our order correctly. He repeatedly came back to ask for our name, which was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, we discovered this morning that our card had been overcharged at the restaurant. Someone added a $10 tip to our order without our consent! We did not authorize that tip. The staff was disappointing and unprofessional. I called the restaurant today, and the "manager" promised to refund the $10 and to speak with the employee who might have mixed up the tickets. But how can someone confuse a ticket with a personal tip? It feels like we were robbed. We're extremely disappointed!"

"I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza, but the waitress mistakenly brought me a regular crust pizza instead. When I pointed out the mistake and she took the pizza back, she insisted that I pay the difference for the correct one. I was disappointed because I had clearly informed her of my preference. Additionally, her unprofessional behavior of coughing into her hand before handling my pizza was not appreciated."

"Make sure my order is complete and then help resolve my issue. I was missing my family order of cheese Breadsticks. When I called to try to get it fixed, I waited a few minutes for an associate to answer. After someone answered and I explained the situation, I was then put on hold for 10-plus minutes. I thought I would call back in case my call was forgotten, but this time no one picked up the phone and I was holding for 5-plus minutes. I just gave up after that."

"I drove up to pizza hut in smithfield nc today around 6:25pm. Got out only to find door locked. According to nc fire code doors are to be unlocked during business hours. So i decided to go to drive thru and was told i had to order by phone. If they were busy i can understand but no one in line and a couple inside i couldnt understand. Now i know why i never see anyone parked in parking lot. They never have any business. Well i will not be buying sh-t from Pizza Hut anymore"

"For the third time, we attempted to place an order from De Soto Pizza Hut, and once again, we faced an issue. Tonight, the person who answered the phone was unable to figure out how to apply the carryout-only coupon and suggested we try ordering online instead. No thanks, I’d prefer to go elsewhere to place my order. It's such a letdown compared to what Pizza Hut used to be."

"I noticed when reading all of the reviews for the Presque Isle Maine PH, that a lot of folks were listed as “local guides”!! I had NO IDEA there were sooo MANY Maine guides in this area! I am originally from coastal Maine, and had not been up this way in decades. I now live in Calais, but have been craving Pizza Hut pizza, so i jumped on here to find the closest one, and it seems we do not have one in Calais; but there are a couple over the border in Canada, as well as one in Presque Isle Maine, as well as in Houlton Maine, or so it seems….So….. I am, needless to say, quite disappointed that none are close to me here in Calais, Maine. I used to frequent the Bangor PH (we loved the service staff at their Broadway Shopping Center location) as I am actually from that area. However, due to my health, and the need to regain my strength in order to get back to my own place/home, i am temporarily in Calais, with plans to move back to the Bangor (Bucksport) area SOON!! I HOPE! And let me clarify, that although i look forward to being back in a more familiar area (and the area where the majority of my family friends reside), i have found the Calais area to be just SOOOO friendly MOST pleasant. It has changed a lot in the 35-40 years since i had actually spent any time here, but definitely still a lovely little town, with SUCH nice, friendly welcoming people!! Hopefully i get a chance soon, to skip over to P.I. And check out THEIR Pizza Hut!! Meanwhile, keep those reviews coming, and all of you PH staff, keep up the great job ya’ll are doing!! You must be doing SOMETHING right, because i noticed how MANY Maine Guides posted positive reviews, and i have found Maine guides won’t return to an establishment with bad food, and/or poor service! Can’t wait to give ya’ll a try soon!!"

"I was taken aback to find a Pizza Hut where you could actually dine in. I stopped by for lunch, but much to my surprise, the menu didn’t have any prices listed. Many items were also marked as unavailable. The booths and tables were greasy and unclean. Service was slow, and for a small pizza, two drinks, and some breadsticks, I ended up spending over $40 before tipping. The food was subpar as well. It felt like they might have been skimming off the top or something. To put it simply, I won’t be returning anytime soon… or ever."

"it is 95 ° f outside and even hotter in restaurant. her a/c is down. I was hot, but I've already ordered before I realized that. I don't write to complain. I write to praise this team of young adults who are together tonight. they are annoying, diligent, smiling and not complaining or show any kind of need or unemotion. impressive! it reminded me when I was young and the spirit of America. especially in times like these, they are a refreshing product for human beings and toughness. this comes from someone who had co-workers among her last year 160 and realizes when in the midst of good and fair and reasonable talent these qualities are embodied. I have tipped 50 % of my meal, although I am now unemployed with zero services or programmes. it is not about me; it was an honor to be in her midst and I loved and enjoyed her toughness and excellent customer service. the food was also delicious. this is one of these rare moments when I loved so much more, and if I anointed, I could do that. kudos to my waiting staff, especially; and also all the others behind the theke, work theke and the phones and are behind these ovens. soou impressive. Thank you. I always appreciate when someone gives my hope in humanity, something after another, especially when it's young people, as it flies in the face of all bashing that receive the younger generations when they're tick tock influencers well done! this is good ol ' fashion lammer the hard hit good character. the latter cannot be forced or trained, imho. in the time that has grown, either they have it or they do not. "My family—consisting of two kids, my husband, and my mother-in-law—has been traveling to visit family, and we realized it had been a while since we all sat down together for a meal out without any issues, such as noisy restaurants or the kids misbehaving. When we saw the sign for Pizza Hut, we decided to dine in. Upon arrival, we were greeted with genuine kindness by a gentleman named Travis. We were seated promptly, and he took our drink order and brought our beverages right away, without any delay. While a lady with reddish hair and clear glasses was busy assisting a customer at the register, our server answered the phone to ensure we weren't kept waiting. Soon after, the woman in clear glasses came to our table with fun activities, coloring books, and crayons for the children. She then took our order, and I appreciated that we didn’t have to wait, especially since we had experienced delays at other restaurants during our travels. We are extremely grateful for our experience with the staff, including Travis, the lovely lady with the clear glasses, and of course, the cook at Pizza Hut. If we lived closer, we would definitely dine at that restaurant more than three times a week. Thank you, Auburn, Nebraska Pizza Hut, for the wonderful experience!"

"I visited this restaurant after attending a nearby fair. The food was quite expensive and fell short in quality, making it not worth the price at all. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the interior was quite appealing. The windows were large and clean, and the architecture of the restaurant was impressive. However, aside from that, the food was overpriced and of poor quality. Overall, it’s not a great dining option."

"Asked for itemized breakdown of a to go order when paying at the register because the total was a tad high. Owner threw my credit card back at me and said it obviously needed to be free and shoved the food across the counter to me. I order to go from here weekly along with a bunch of co-workers. I usually have my food picked up but decided to go myself. After the owner stormed off another lady took my payment. I just paid what he said it was. Never been disrespected before in my life asking for clarification of the total! Turns out I was charged 2 bucks extra for a sub that wasn’t a foot long. Called themBack to tell them and they didn’t care. Told them I wouldn’t eat there again and they said “that’s fine” and hung up. Goes to show what they really think about their patrons."

"A group of six of us left the local basketball game and decided to stop by Pizza Hut. The sign indicated they were closing at 11, and we arrived at 10:10 for dine-in. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant impressed us with its cleanliness and inviting atmosphere. We had the pleasure of being served by Buck, the general manager, whose outstanding personality and courteous demeanor truly blew me away. The pizzas were generously topped with pepperoni, and our drinks were constantly refilled, all thanks to Buck. This was the best dining experience I've had in a long time, and Buck deserves a huge shout-out! We’re more than willing to drive an hour just to enjoy pizza like this again!"

"The server was fantastic and even tried to assist us with the bill. However, I wouldn’t recommend getting the salad bar at Pizza Hut. They told me it was $6.99, which I thought was a decent price, so we both decided to get one. To my surprise, it turned out to be $6.99 per plate! Our total for just the salad bar came to $27.96, and I couldn’t believe it. I thought about how much salad I could buy at Walmart for that price—this is just ridiculous. Also, the pizza crust wasn't very good on the bottom. I won’t be returning; it’s only BC Pizza for me from now on."

"My problem with Pizza Hut is if you order online, the order is always wrong. My pizza was fine and we always love it. But I ordered cinne stick with frosting and got garlic sticks. And cheesy garlic bread and got another order of garlic breadsticks. The girl at the counter argued with me that I ordered wrong but my receipt was correct. Also this same girl was outside the restaurant when I arrived. The guy there was trying to figure out what to do. She came in with a dirty fly swatter and proceeded to put it on the counter right where the guy was slicing my pizza. She never washed her hands before she came to the counter from outside. Really grossed me out!"

"We were just passing through and needed something to eat, and we found this place! The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. It felt so comforting to walk in and get a whiff of childhood memories. The breadsticks were perfectly cooked, and the pizza was also quite tasty. They had a great selection of sodas available in 20oz bottles or 2-liter sizes. Overall, the food was fantastic! Keep up the great work, everyone!
