"They actually print on the pizza box that delivery fee is not a tip. How tacky since it isn't even your car, what a ripoff, there should be legislation inacted to keep you from doing ish like that. They hire kids who don't pay attention to the orders and just throw food together, my pizza toppings were dry and they never add extra sauce or use less cheese like I ask and I live 3 blocks away so why is this pizza cold???"

"I had missing items from my order. The manager Ross is incredibly mean and yells at you. Also they put me on hold but i could hear them talking about me and my order. When i looked at my charge, they added them self's a tip. I was yelled at when i called to get this taken care of. I was offered an in store credit for missing items that i will never use. The pizza was cold and gross, barely any toppings they must of made them hours before we got there. i pre ordered online) Do yourself a favor and dont go here. If you do go and have a problem, i recommend calling Pizza hut corp vs trying to deal with Ross."

"This is the 2nd time this has happened with a bad experience at Pizza Hut in a one month period! This was my last time darkening their doors. Todays incident was this—— We arrived at 11:27. The doors were locked, although the sign says open at 10:30AM. We knocked an finally 2 women walked toward us both on their phone. One looked at us and left, the second unlocked the door and let us in. We stated 6 please as we headed for the party room and she told us the party room is closed because it was a mess! Of course her phone is still in her hand. Seriously a mess when they hadn’t even opened yet. We were the first customers in the door. There ended us to only being 5 of us one a handicapped lady who can not get on the tall stools. We had to settle for a booth and a chair. The salad bar was completely covered and no pizza on the buffet. Finally 2 pizza’s brought out. Both 1/2 of something we weren’t sure what they were, but thought they had chicken on them and maybe 1/2 a taco pizza. Never had sauce for the bread stix which is what I like best."

"It took 3 HOURS for us to get the food we ordered! I called twice and was directed to the call center where I was told I couldnt pick up my pizza because it was out for delivery, an hour later I called to cancel the order and was told it would be there in 10 minutes. it finally showed up after another 30 minutes and the person delivering it was very rude and told me they were short staffed, so I told him they should maybe relay that to their call center. The pizza was cold and had barely any cheese and the breadsticks were burnt. I recieved a facebook message from someone stating they were a manager and giving us a credit for the cost of the food that took 3 hours to get to use in store. I went to the store to use my credit on Friday night and was told there was no record of this credit and then the manager MOCKED me to all the staff making the food in the back. and apparently the person who gave me the credit was not in fact a manager and the real manager who I was speaking with felt this was hilarious and laughed right to my face. I was extremely insulted and frustrated and he ended the conversation with well do you want to order a pizza or not? No apology and continued to laugh and mock me to the other workers while I was standing in front of him. we left without ordering and will never give them our business again and honestly I wouldnt have even bothered if it werent for being told I had a credit. DONT waste your time with this pizza hut. Go to MARCOS! I hope they replace the so called manager because my 5 year old has more tact than him!"

"The quality is hit n miss. Last time I was here I had to wait nearly 30 minutes after I had paid for my to-go order that I had ordered 15 minutes earlier.(45 minutes) I offered to pull up since there was a car behind me to be courteous, person at the window told me my order was being boxed up that it would be 5 minutes. I waited for 15 in my car and decided to go in since they were getting busy. The person who waited on me didn't realize I had already ordered and paid for my order and asked to take my order and then I waited another 15 minutes for my order. It was ridiculous."

"Worst service I have ever received in a restaurant. We waited 30 minutes, to be told twice someone would be out to take our order when they got a minute. We were the only customers in there. Were not even offered drinks while we waited. I believe customers dining in your restaurant are more important than take out orders of customers not even there to pick up their order. "Anazing! In a strange twist of fate, this restaurant came up with my feed, and the food always looked awesome, so when we were nearby today, we decided to make the stop. We will be back. Generous serving sizes, great taste, and reasonable prices. The kid's pizza was huge and not pre-made, my calzone was bigger than a football, and it all tasted great! It was difficult what to choose just because the menu was that good. A gem."

"I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. The girl at the cash register and on the phone was incredibly rude and unwilling to delay preparing our pizza so that we could enjoy it warm when we passed through town. I was picking up pizza for my family of six, and when I requested some to-go items, she carelessly tossed them on top of the pizza box. When I pointed out that there weren't enough items for all of us (since we were going to eat in the car during a long trip), she completely ignored me and even turned her nose up at me. I usually try to stay calm in situations like this, but her behavior was unacceptable. None of her coworkers stepped in to address her rudeness, and now we’re stuck in the car without enough paper products for my family. I felt compelled to share this experience because the service was simply terrible. If you don’t enjoy working with people, customer service might not be the right job for you."

"An order, followed by texts, was made quite on time. He got a 20% tip, migrated to the house, missing a pizza and the brownie. Call and let it ring until someone picked up (purchased, was 5 minutes to close, whatever). Staff understood, he said it straight, 30m later I had a fresh pizza and brownie at my door. "This restaurant is fairly decent. I have fond memories of reading for school while enjoying a personal pizza from Pizza Hut. However, I’ve noticed that this location isn’t very clean. On the bright side, the staff has always been friendly, and the pizza is consistently good and reasonably priced.
