"After reading some reviews in the past few weeks, we were hesitant to try this restaurant. However, we are grateful that we didn't heed those reviews because our experience was excellent! The service was outstanding and the food was delicious, especially considering the price. Throughout our meal, multiple staff members checked on us to ensure everything was to our liking, offered more napkins, refilled our drinks, cleared empty plates, and even offered to-go cups for our drinks. The entire restaurant was clean and all the staff were friendly, demonstrating what true service should be like. It's clear that the importance of excellent service is not lost on the staff at Scottsbluff Pizza Hut. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to the Scottsbluff Pizza Hut staff for a job well done. We particularly enjoyed the buffet."

ordered pizza thru app, got cancelled because they were “closed” (they weren’t) so we placed an order over the phone and was told it would be 30 min- it just never showed up

My past orders have been great but my order on Nov 22, 21. I was disappointed, the pizza and breadsticks where good but the Boneless Chicken Buffalo wings where bad, luke warm on the outside and the inside of the chicken was still cold, lost my appetite. View menu

I can't even give a rating to the pizza because it was so terrible! I wouldn't even give it one star or half a star for the service. However, they did a good job considering the weather during the delivery. I can't comment on the atmosphere since I didn't dine in at the restaurant.

I am extremely upset with my order. I ordered a big dinner box and one of my pizzas was completely wrong as well as my wings barely having sauce. I called to get it fixed and it was one of the worse customer services I’ve ever dealt with. I was given a please hold and then awkward silence with half an apology but no offer to fix it. I’m thoroughly disappointed.
