Pizza Hut - Carte

The worker at the drive-thru window was polite and friendly. The pizza and breadsticks were delicious and served hot.

Under new management; Jennifer and her crew are great! I was greeted and seated promptly, the buffet was stocked, and the service was great!

The service here is awful. When dining it you are never checked on again after being seated. The buffet food is very hit or miss. This waitress was yelling at the kitchen staff over lids on the salad bar.

Now charging more than what the app says. Ordered a dinner box (14.99) and was charged 17.99. Was told their prices have increased. When you call you are forwarded to a call center and have to wait to even get in contact with the store.

I can't even give a rating to the pizza because it was so terrible! I wouldn't even give it one star or half a star for the service. However, they did a good job considering the weather during the delivery. I can't comment on the atmosphere since I didn't dine in at the restaurant. Voir le carte

I placed an online order and arrived at the restaurant just as the app indicated my order was ready. However, I ended up waiting in the drive-thru behind two cars for over 15 minutes. After realizing my order was not ready, I went inside and waited at the front counter. Unfortunately, I observed that nothing was being put into the warmer for quite some time. Eventually, my pizza came out of the warmer, but they had run out of breadsticks. They offered me a discount or a free pizza as compensation, but I declined as the pizza had been sitting in the warmer for a while. Frustrated, I left the restaurant empty-handed over an hour after placing my order. It seems that the lack of lights both ins...

After reading some reviews in the past few weeks, we were hesitant to try this restaurant. However, we are grateful that we didn't heed those reviews because our experience was excellent! The service was outstanding and the food was delicious, especially considering the price. Throughout our meal, multiple staff members checked on us to ensure everything was to our liking, offered more napkins, refilled our drinks, cleared empty plates, and even offered to-go cups for our drinks. The entire restaurant was clean and all the staff were friendly, demonstrating what true service should be like. It's clear that the importance of excellent service is not lost on the staff at Scottsbluff Pizza Hut....

This is the 2nd time this has happened with a bad experience at Pizza Hut in a one month period! This was my last time darkening their doors. Todays incident was this—— We arrived at 11:27. The doors were locked, although the sign says open at 10:30AM. We knocked an finally 2 women walked toward us both on their phone. One looked at us and left, the second unlocked the door and let us in. We stated 6 please as we headed for the party room and she told us the party room is closed because it was a mess! Of course her phone is still in her hand. Seriously a mess when they hadn’t even opened yet. We were the first customers in the door. There ended us to only being 5 of us one a handicapped lady...
