"This is likely the cleanest restaurant in the Bluffs. Every time I visited, the staff was busy cleaning something! The establishment has a unique ambiance that you won’t find anywhere else in the city. The food I tried was not only fantastic but also served incredibly quickly—there was never any wait time. If you're in the mood for wings, they serve the best in town. The staff and owners are very friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. Overall, it's a great place to dine!"

The server absolutely made this place. The beautiful blonde young lady that just started, absolute gem of a human. Great ten star service. My husband and I absolutely recommend. Ten out of ten. Fabulous staff.

The staff was extremely friendly, and the food arrived quickly and tasted fantastic! I had to give their peanut butter and jelly burger a try, and I have to say… it was surprisingly delicious! I would definitely order it again.

Be cautious when ordering drinks, as I noticed the bartender picking up bottles off the floor next to a pile of to-go boxes and her purse. Just a heads up for 16th Empire: keeping products on the floor is a health code violation. Voir le carte

Probably the cleanest setup in the bluffs, every time I was in them, they clean something! Well made place definitely brings a mood like no other in the city. From what I had to eat, it was not only amazing, but super fast no waiting time ever. Also, if you're looking for good wings, they have the best in town. The staff and owners are super friendly and welcoming with great customer service to make it all out, great place!

We dined at this fantastic restaurant on Friday night with my husband, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was lovely, and we felt perfectly comfortable at our table. The prices were very reasonable. We tried the surf and turf, and the steak was incredibly tender—literally melting in our mouths, with no fat or tough bits. Our drinks and the entire meal were exceptional. The cheesecake was absolutely heavenly. We can’t wait to return! We loved everything about it!
