"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. When they got my order wrong, they required me to drive back and return the incorrect food before they would remake it, which I found quite off-putting. As a result, I had to make two trips just to get the same amount of food I had already paid for, all due to their mistake. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund. It’s common knowledge that it's cheaper to keep a customer than to find a new one, regardless of how big the brand is. My visit was incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the manager would not refund me either. The customer service was quite rude. The pizza I received was lacking sauce, and the grease from the pepperoni had soaked into the crust, turning it into a hard, dry, inedible mess. That's certainly not what I paid for, and it ended up being a waste of my lunch break."
