"I haven't been to Outback in a while, I remember the 1st time, I went to Outback this is when they served Alaskan King Crab Legs.I'll never forget that visit...So fast forward to my latest visit, Let me start with the service, Absolutely Great, seating felt private and romantic which I really enjoyed..Now to my dinner it was as good as my 1st visit back in the day, No Alaskan King Crab Legs, but the Steak I ordered took its place ? when I say delicious this would be a understatement, The MELBOURNE 22oz PORTERHOUSE was to melt in your mouth so tender no knife needed,the flavor is unforgettable ?...If you enjoy steak you have to try this one you will not be disappointed at all...And as for the rest of our dinner and drinks they were Delicious also, The Wallaby Darned the Strawberry ? Peach ? Sangria, made perfectly also..The Cheese Steak Dip appetizer was Great also, My Brussel Sprouts was cooked perfectly as well they are something different. Can't leave out the fall off the bone ribs...I can go on and on so I'll just suggest make this your next date night dinning experience...Kid-friendliness: Seating spaced out and privateParking: Right out front with space not to get your doors dinged.Wheelchair accessibility: 1st floor entrance.."

"this place is a hit or miss with the steaks. we had eaten the other night there and ordered 8 steaks, 3 of the 8 were hard and while the server offered to replace them, we have already finished everything else. that was funny when I went into my car, I went table with another couple from another one and they said they were coming at least once a month, but it's a mist shoot when they get a delicate steak. So I guess I'm going out your own risk. on the other side were the side brilliant, French wobbles soup was good, salat and backkartoffel were also good. just the appetizers. Also note that it is hit by miss on hamburger as well as, juicy or dry."

"that will be my first completely negative assessment. I guess I could add 1/4 star since this was takeout, and they were on time. but my daughter and grandson ordered steak tonight, I bought it for her, took it up and brought it home. my grand loves steak actually (he is only five! and my daughter too, it was a working day treat grandpa. they took a few bites and stopped. they said it was absolutely terrible. I wanted to give the remains to the dogs, but she didn't want them to have it either if there were problems later. I was so convinced that I didn't even try, and I don't order this kind of food anyway. but I felt bad for them. 1/10. star was the salat good and the fries. but the flesh was terrible. no more outback. yes, it could be a unique experience, but with all the choices we will not interfere with it again. I hope it was something exactly at this place as it was likely."

"low customer service. I hung up three times while I'm trying to make a command. the other two paintings I tried to just arrange it and arrange as if they just don't care. has been an order for over $200, but I guess taking out is not important for them because they think they are not ribbed or whatever the case can be. Pity, I live right next to this place and was more than willing to take care of the one who has taken my order and could help me. it would have done online, but the modification options are limited and there were several elements that allergies I needed for the review could be changed. not a “king”, I work myself in the industry, that was just bad. not even as if it were a Friday or Saturday night. if you were so busy, you would have said politely that I'm being stopped, not just hanging up 3 times in a row with a bad attitude on me. if they can't handle working in a restaurant, they will find another job. I'll like to go to trial or chandler from now on."

"Haven’t gone here in a while so we thought we’d go since the shark drink came out. The hostess was very kind and so was our server but the food was not as good as I remembered. Asked for medium cooked sirloin and it came out well done and burnt. Bf got a burger and the pickles were just cut up cucumbers. The shark drink was super sweet (not anyone’s fault just thought I’d add that) the shark was cute tho. For a steakhouse I really can’t believe they don’t know how to cook a steak"

"I had lunch yesterday at this restaurant and our server was amazing. I wish I had remembered her name, maybe Kyna? She checked on us regularly and even brought out a second loaf of bread which was a nice touch. My husband ordered potato soup as his side with the BBQ ribs, and I had the salmon with mixed vegetables. I highly recommend this place!"

"We had a great Sunday lunch here. The food was delicious and the timing of our app and mains was perfect. Our server, Anita, was on top of everything bread, extra bloomin sauce, waters, you name it. She truly made it an amazing experience. We started with a loaded blooming onion. The fries are battered in the blooming onion batter and so tasty. I had a sirloin that was cooked perfectly medium rare. And our dessert, the thunder and lightning was super decadent. 6/5 bonus point for service."

"This Outback location is probably the best one I have visited in recent years. Some others have experienced a decline in standards during and after Covid, but not this one. The host greeted us at the door and seated us promptly. Our waiter was attentive and had a very pleasant attitude throughout our entire meal. The food was served in a timely manner and we had a very enjoyable dinner experience."

"Pros:Our waitress was wonderful, she was very attentive and kind. They have large mugs of beer for 5. The bread was delicious, warm and unlimited. The mixed vegetables and seasoned rice were tasty. They also have the best mac and cheese.Cons:My daughter's chicken was under cooked, some was pink and the batter was raw in one of the chicken tenders. They did take this off our ticket, which was good. The manager did not come to our table and apologize, which was very unprofessional. My husband got shrimp and some of it was cold, he also didn't get his salad with his meal.Overall:For the price I expected it to be a lot better than it was. We had a terrible experience here a few years ago and decided to give them another chance and see if it was better but that didn't work out. There are quite a few other place out there within the same price range that your money would probably be better spent. It wasn't horrible but wasn't amazing either. We went around 7 and it was dead, so it wasn't like the kitchen was backed up and trying to rush food out."

"The highlight of our meal was our wonderful waitress, Jamie. She was friendly, charming, and provided excellent service. We started our dinner with the traditional deep-fried onion, which my husband and I absolutely love. For our main course, I had a to-die-for 6-ounce steak, baked potato, and salad. My husband enjoyed a Bud Light while I opted for coffee, and we both had water. I really wanted to order my favorite strawberry daiquiri, which is fantastic, but I’m on too much medication to indulge this time. Instead, I had my second favorite dessert: the brownie sundae, which was absolutely amazing! I joked with my husband that it was my "beer" since I wasn’t drinking alcohol. I even saved half of my dinner for the next day. Outback remains our favorite restaurant!"

"First visit to Outback after a hiatus as the restaurant showed a long slow steady decline. Considerably improved over last few visits. Dining room was very clean. Booth comfy but backrest set close to table. Server was outstanding. We both tried the prime rib.French onion soup appetizer was very good with conventional but interesting seasoning.My regular version of the prime rib was good. Flavor was good but rub adhering on exterior was very peppery and burned a bit. Prime rib is a fatty cut but my portion was very fatty and had almost no marbling. It was badly undercooked, too, I'd ordered medium but it was served on the rare side of medium-rare.My date ordered the more highly seasoned version. She reported the seasoning to be too strong for her taste and that deposits of rub at edges of her slice burned her mouth. She couldn't finish it. Her serving was cooked as requested.Overall this was a tasty meal marred by excessive seasoning and an only middling grade of beef. Outback leans towards boldly seasoned beef but this was a bit too much for both of us despite the underlying flavor being really good."

"Came last night with my mother for dinner after not visiting in years and was pleasantly surprised. It was a great experience as the hostesses greeted us and sat us right away to our Wonderful waiter Warren W. telling us he already had waters with lemon and bread on their way to our table and would be back to give us time to look at our menus and take our orders. Our food was great! The new bone in ribeye with butter cap was so flavourful it didnt need A1! I also have to say that the rest of the supporting staff seemed great as well, pitching in to bring our food as well as other tables meals, to keeping the resturaunt tidy by cleaning tables right away after parties left. The last great detail for me was with the acknowledgment of us leaving to tell us safe travels and to have a goodnight . In all it was a great way to end the experience here. We would definitely recommend anyone to come here and we would love to dine with Warren as our server again."

"After picking up friends from the Tampa International Airport, we stopped here for lunch since it's not far from the airport. Our server was kind, helpful and responsive in taking care of us during our meal even though we ate outside. All of us ordered the $9.99 lunch special (good until 4:00 pm). On my order, I requested that my baked potato not be salted and my chicken be unsalted which was honored and thus served. All of us were impressed in the willingness of the server, the cook(s), and management for such an accommodation. Our food was excellent. Our server wore a mask, but masks aren't currently required to eat here. I highly recommend eating here."

"I wanna actually start this out with an apology, I called one of the managers a B over the phone... That was wrong of me regardless the situation. She wasn 't rude to me at all, except she just kept repeating THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AND OVER disregarding everything I was saying. And here 's why I was so upset..... Food wasn 't cooked correct and I don 't live in the area. The manager told me I had to bring the steak back tomorrow but wtf I look like wasting the food that I was starving for and driving all the way back to return it for them to throw it out????? BUNCH OF WASTEFUL BULL. They literally told me don 't eat the steak but I just paid $45 to eat some mf steak. And they want me to eat just broccoli and rice for dinner tonight. F whoever made that DUMB A rule. They want me to bring it back and honestly, they gone end up getting the wrong one 1 day. Cause that type of rules makes someone wanna go as far as to EATING THE STEAK, and then BRING THE STEAK BACK DIGESTED AND FECALED. INNA MF BAGG LIKE YALL DO THE RICE AND VEGGIES. OH YEA AND YALL CAN GET SUED FOR ALLOWING THAT THIN PLASTIC BAG MELTING IN MY RICE! At the end of the day I called her a B , my birthday is tomorrow and im turning 23. This would make the first thing I ate all day and it 's 7pm. So already im hangry. I hope she understands that acting like the gatekeeper of steaks will make someone very annoyed. Sorry again. "Not worth the cost. Ordered to go. Bone In Ribeye* 18 oz., Kingsland Pasta (cicken and steak). When picking up, the steak was overcooked and looked old and definitely not 18 oz (8 oz at most) the manager corrected the steak. Great flavor. The pasta, salty no hint of Parmesan (Alfredo sauce). Greasy/salty flavor no where near what it used to be. Side salads no cucumbers, lettuce leaves not cut up. Ranch dressing no where near what it tasted 5 years ago. Chicken was probably an extra piece cooked a while back and served. Tasmanian chili, very salty, used the mashed potatoes (bland tasting) to help reduce the salty flavor. Found butter in my bag but realized it was to go with the non existing bread they once gave. Outback has increased prices and greatly reduced the quality and taste they once had. I worked in the kitchen at this location when they first opened in Stafford. I know what items should/had tasted."

"Sunday afternoon, not terribly busy, but signed in online just in case. Arrived at our designated time and was told it would be about 5 minutes. After 5 mins. we were seated at our table and was ignored for the next 15 mins while other sections of the restaurant were getting waiters within 1-2 mins. Brought it to the attention of the hostess which was at least gracious enough to bring us water and bread. After 10 more minutes of completely being ignored, we decided that was enough. On the way out we told the same hostess we were leaving and I guess part of me was hoping she would say…no wait, I will personally get you a waiter and not have to leave, but she apologized and we were on our way. This has opened 2 out of 3 times at this location, so we will go to Kings Island Outback even though it is 10 minutes farther away. We know there is a shortage of employees everywhere you go, but the very least that should be done is acknowledge your customer is there and will be served as soon as possible. That is not asking for much in my opinion.BTW..this was our anniversary dinner and by the time we got out of there, it was to late to go to any other steakhouse because the wait times were around 90 mins. or more. Needless to say, anniversary dinner plans were ruined."
