"this place does not seem to have everything together, which is a clear indication of bad management. I have gone to panera breads for ever and have never received such incompatible service. this is the second time that I ordered a chicken chip avocado melt and ended with less than a small handful of huh, the avocado was heavy, and the cheese was hardly on the sandwich. the only reason I gave them another shot was because I had a lunch, wanted a suppe and had no time to go elsewhere. the suppe tastes good. I will say that my eating came very fast, but it is likely because it was thrown together so badly. oh, and I asked for chips that even got on my reception, but got brot instead. perfection!"

"I asked the man at the register to recommend a meal without meat. He recommended the capri sandwich never told me what comes with it. I am used to this at other Panera locations. I ordered a hot tea. The “hit” water was tepid. I had to go to the kitchen area and the service was very poor I get the cup and the water was warm. I didn’t want to be given the unwelcome look again so I kept it as it. Went to get honey and there was none. I had to ask again When my sandwich was ready was huge and not cut. It had mayo which I had to scraped off as I don’t eat mayo. I had to go back to the kitchen area per manager instructions I ask for the sandwich to be cut, per manager instructed, as it was too big to have the same ugly attitude. The worker said in front of the manager that she couldn’t cut it as it has left the kitchen and handed me a knife. Needless to say I was not happy. Once I managed to cut a piece, scrape the mayo I found myself eating the salad with a knife as I was scare if going back and ask for a fork. Worst experience ever. They need to overhaul the entire staff with caring, great customer service people. The experience made me believe the staff is not happy or burn out or lack customer service training. It felt as a tense environment. Will never go back to the 312 St Augustine site."

"This is one of my favorite dining spots. The food is consistently fresh, and I never have to wait long for my order. On March 13th, 2024, I visited with my boyfriend and ordered a sandwich. We were unaware that it contained horseradish, and when he tried it, it made him feel ill right away. I went back inside and was met by a staff member whom I believe was the manager on duty. Although I didn't catch her name, she was fantastic. She promptly had a new sandwich prepared for us. I just wanted to express my gratitude and say thank you!"

"in the last few years we have eaten on Tuesday at 12.00 clock at michael 's. what can a person say about a restaurant that is consistently excellent? the personal, eating, the ambiente, 100% ass. whoever runs the restaurant really knows what they do. every thing at this restaurant is impressive from the well-trained and very competent wait staff to the hostesses to the cooking staff, the simple thing is that eating in this restaurant is the best in the opposite. we often eat, even at some of the higher priced restaurants further north in baltimore county, and I can tell them without hesitating that the preparation and quality of michael 's is better than any other restaurant in north county. we have become regular because of the concrete on quality. I think I have to sound like a michael 's cafe booster, but if a place is as consistently excellent as this place, they want to know somehow other and the excitement just comes out."

"I hate the leave a bad review, but the service and food was just not good. I’ve been there for lunch before with just three people and the service and food was great. This time however, we went there for a banquet-style lunch/dinner (it was for a baptism celebration). There were probably about 40 of us and they reserved us a section of the restaurant. The drinks, bread, and food took forever to come out and the bread and food were cool/cold. In conclusion, definitely come here with a small group because they handle that great, but for a large group party/special room reservation it unfortunately just wasn’t great."

"Panera Bread is a very reliable place to get very good food and excellent drinks. I really don 't use the the bakery service much anymore, though I used to like to get there bagels and baguettes, which have always been good. Every so often I will bring some bagels into work. I do wish that Google listed an additional rating category beyond food, service, and atmosphere. Namely, value. My son and I got lunch and with tip it was $55. He got The Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich and I got the Green Goddess Cobb salad. He got a mango smoothie. I got one of their sugar-free charged drinks (with caffeine). I am torn, because the salads are always excellent. They really are clean , meaning there is no old or wilted lettuce like you often find in salads many places. You don 't need to look through your salad to try to pick out the unfresh gunk. That is certainly worth a lot. I 'm not absolutely sure it is worth $20, but I do have some additional add-ins. Anyway, we go here because they are absolutely reliable, and because we can put in an online order using their app and by the time I drive from my house to the restaurant it is ready for me to grab off the shelf. We rarely stay in the restaurant to eat. Anyway, Panera is right near some kind of economic tipping point where their higher prices are just barely justified by the quality of their food. I 'm sure that is exactly where they want to be."

"I had heard about Zorba's Taverna from a good friend , hadn't tried it till 3 weeks ago, I was disappointed they didn't have music on Friday night, server said it was for reasons of covid not too many people gather , I can definitely understand that. Waiter was super friendly and hospitable, food was amazing , I had the artichoke appetizer , yummmmm and my date the beef kabobs which he ate the last morsel . Great food, great hospitality ..... thank you Zorba's , I'll be back soon.?"

"We order at this location frequently as it's close to our house. Like many businesses now they mess up our order an usually it's not a big deal but this past time I went right in no line I ordered an I stood by the pickup area over 40 mins to finally get my food unfortunately I didn't check the bags I was ready to go by the time I got home n looked they only gave me half my order so I called an not wanting to go back there I agreed to vouchers they would mail to me. It's been over 6 weeks now still no vouchers."

"The possibility of me winning the lottery is much higher than this location of Panera ever getting my order correctly. I sparsely visit; I try to avoid this place at all cost because there’s ALWAYS a mix up in my order, or an item is missing, or they charged the wrong price without a discount or promotion they have. The food itself tastes okay, not much room to talk about the quality as most Panera’s maintain the same quality. The only significant comment on the food is that my last trip I noticed the apple had spoiled. The staff provided an extra side for the inconvenience, but still an honest observation about my latest trip and my experience with this location overall."

"Ordered at Drive thruMy gift card was saying inactive I'm told. Employee made no attempt to solve issue.I suggested pulling over calling 800 Did that and was told take care inside to activate.Came into store waited in line almost 10 mins. Cashier didn't know so called another women over...Spv? For the next couple mins she continued a personal call about after work plans through an ear piece. Other employee kept answering her not knowing she was on a ?. Finally she looks up at me for the 1sy time says it's inactive call the on back of card I said I had was told to come in. "All Panera sites have different problems (some of them so bad that I don't just go, but this particular location is the worst in food quality and preparation: the order is never ready for the planned time, the quality or appearance of the baked goods could look from sad to terrible, Bagels often look flat and not appetizing (I'm pretty much confirming other bad reviews). But this week they went beyond and beyond to get the price for the “wurst Panera ever”: I ordered a box of bagels and cream cheese for pickup, and a small pastry bag, went to the quick pick-up shelf, took my order and went to work. I trust the receipt and the person in the café who said that they are checked items and cream cheese are in the box with the bagels, and I should not have two cream cheese tubs were not in a box. What is the point of bringing Bagels to treat your colleagues and not with cream cheese to supplement them? Just chew the bread? So I called, talking to 3 different people, impossible to prove that it was missing (of course!, so I just gave up trying to fix their inability. Served back and paid for two pans of cream cheese and one of them was a terrible quality it had previously frozen (not chilled as for food quality when I opened, there were ice crystals and it was all healed and smelled disgusted. What a waste of time, money and energy. And the staff is also very unpleasant."

"They?re always out of four cheese soufflé either the team is too lazy to make them in the mornings or everybody and Pensacola is eating them up by 8 o?clock in the morning? This is a breakfast restaurant they?re supposed to serve breakfast. I?m just gonna start going to other Panera breads most likely they?ll have it. It?s always a 50-50 if it?s available or not but they have no problems making smoothies? customer service is poor too. "I chose two. Cesar Salad and Pizza. They asked if I wanted extra dressing for the salad and I said no. Have my salad and drive away to discover, there were no suits at all!! How the hell are you putting a Caesar salad in a bag and forget to put the dress! Not for the first time they forgot something. "I am giving this place 3 stars because been though it is definitely comfortable and the food is good, A half sandwich at this location is between $8 and $9 plus tax. I can go up the road to Submarina and get an 8 inch sub for the same price.The people are nice and the bread and bagels there are better than most places, but you pay a little more here basically! The coffee club is good if you like coffee, but their iced coffee is pretty weak and their cold brew gives me a stomach ache. I recommend the hot coffee or the tea this location instead, or an espresso drink, which is not included. The iced teas are very good though! Especially the green one!"
