"The restaurant has a charming atmosphere, though it appears to be understaffed. On the positive side, they have a great selection of sandwiches, salads, and pastries. The app is quite easy to use, but I was a bit let down to discover they don’t offer sweet tea. Furthermore, there is only one cashier at this location, which can cause some delays. They do feature seasonal items, so it's worth checking for those and their soup options before you order."

"We ordered at the kiosk and half the items were already sold out by 10am on Saturday. Not busy at all. Ordered two souffles, was then told the ones I ordered were out but they were making more if I wanted to wait.Okay, cool. Sit there and then was told they actually don't have them at all.Okay, getting a different kind and was told they'd add bacon to them. Sat for like 30 minutes and still nothing. Go ask for them to box them up when they're ready. Sat waiting while my husband put kids in the car. Finally go to the front where there are 15+ of the 2nd kind we ordered.Ask the expo girl for the umpteenth time (who wouldn't even acknowledge you unless you made a big deal. My husband and I both stood near the expo window without being acknowledged) and she immediately boxed them up. I wouldn't care so much if this wasn't food I was feeding my young child, plus there was no communication. You can't just ignore customers to avoid conflict. That makes things so much worse. This location has been going down hill for a long time. You pay too much to be treated like you're at a McDonald's."

"I get delivery for breakfast for me and my daughter almost every weekend and every time my food is never correct, they really need to re train the people on how to do orders again I wasn't bothered by it because you know I asked for things that I just don't want on my food and they will put it on there it was never a big thing because I could just take it off but now it's become to the time where our stuff is been missing from my order and Panera is not cheap so of course every time I have calls now to get the items that are missing they do not pick up the phone I call 20 to more times a day and not want somebody pick up the phone they obviously don't care about what people satisfaction is they just want to get people out the door an order is over with this is possibly the worst Panera but I don't know how to take care of the customers and give the customers what they want us because if they did the eight dollars A bag of cookies I just bought would have either been in my hand already or the money have been processed both onto my card and yet nothing because they can't take care of people and take care of orders correctly I would not order from this Panera bread unless you want to get your food mess up or missing items or just incorrect things all in all your best guess is just go to a Panera that knows what they're doing"

"Panera is a great spot for a quick soup and a sub. I would suggest placing an order for pickup during lunch or dinner rush as wait times can exceed 30 minutes. I really enjoy the Mediterranean sandwich along with a cup of Mac and cheese. The tea and lemonade beverages were . "We had brunch at Skillets Naples The Pavilion while visiting on vacation last week. Our server was great and very helpful. We ordered a Fruit Cup, Chocolate Chip Pancake, Border Burrito, Fresh Banana Waffle and the Mediterranean Skillet. It all came out quick and tasted great. We were very pleased with the portion sizes and the quality was top notch! Would highly recommend stopping by Skillets!"

"before I start my review, I don't love panera any problems and that's always on the point. but today was not eating. my wife and I ordered you two suppe and sandwich. we both ordered chicken noodles and chipotle chicken avocado sandwich, we both ordered the same. we have thickened and once I sat down on the tasty eating I ordered to refine, I noticed that the meat was missing in both sandwiches and the suppe was mostly brewed with a piece of chicken in my suppe, the suppe of my wife was all broth with a few pieces of carrot. I thought maybe there are some kind of lack ofhuh I was not aware, so I went to picking up counter to ask if there is a kind of bad of women with curly blonde jacks haare and a blue hemd, I did not have their names. their answer to me was that all meat portions are weighted and there is no possibility to see what is in the suppe when it portion. I reacted well our sandwich and suppe had little to no meat, and I got this for one because and never saw the part of the meat so missing and completely lacked in the suppe. she reacted again to the fact that everything was divided and did not offer any kind of determination. I'm disappointed with this customer service because I was friendly, discreet and not mad. her answer should have been: “Hey, I am so sorry that I can see what I can do to fix this.” I could have got a manager, but I think that could make a bigger impression on missing places."

"This place has really declined. We often order takeout, and frequently, our orders are missing ingredients. When they do come, the ingredients are often poorly prepared. I recently ordered the new chicken sandwich, but it had hardly any sauce on it. The chicken was cooked well but extremely dry. I also ordered the Green Goddess salad to go with it, and although I was informed in advance that they were out of tomatoes, the salad still arrived without onions and eggs. Essentially, I received a salad with just chicken, bacon, and a few of the tiniest avocado pieces I've ever seen. Is this really what the Green Goddess salad is supposed to be? My husband's chicken sandwich also arrived without the spicy buffalo sauce, which is the signature sauce for that sandwich. I'm done with this place, and I can't see myself ordering from this Panera again for a long time."

"I have never came to this one and thought it will be a good mother and daughter day time and when I came in there was a line but it want fast and when I was ordering the younge and sweet employee where really caring and when I want to get a cookie for my little one they ask me if my child had any Allergies and look up the Recipe to make sure that there is no Peanuts ingredients in there and they found out there is none and I was so moved that they did that? I ordered 2 Broccoli cheddar soup with a cookie and a Cinnamon bun and one small hot chocolate and a caramel latte all for 24.00 with tip it was $27.94 and did I say the employee was so nice and helpful ? this place will be my place to go for now on and the Atmosphere is really relaxing easy place to go and get some work done ?"

"Set in the drive thru for 25 minutes Ridiculous for a fast pace area in downtown Nashville. They put us behind for picking our children up from school. The customer service on the head set was ridiculous. Smiling through your headset goes a very long way. She rushed us talking, didn't give us side item choices .. The young lady didn't greet us , and even pulling up to the window we was not approached. Until a young man handed us a a drink that didn't belong to us, able 10 minutes later. So that added even more time to the wait. It took 25 minutes to receive our order for our salad, soups, and sandwiches.. I spoke to the Assistant General Manager, and she explained they were short staff, and recieve complaints every week, and that I'm not the first. I respect her honestly, but she was even ripping, and running around the store. She need to be upfront (expediting) sending out orders so that when they are very busy she can coordinate. Believe me if she was standing there things could run smoothly. Everyone excuse is short staff due to Covid ...nobody want to work etc....false .. everyone is hiring..it's all about how the place is ran. The place is ran so horribly, and ghetto . They act like this place is in a bad area ..."

"Great place that is accepting of everyone(including dogs) The staff know what they are doing, I highly recommend that you listen to their opinions. The food is great, I had the blueberry pancakes with strawberry sauce and it was legendary. You can eat outside if you are COVID-19 paranoid like I am. And you can pay with a qr code. How cool is that!"

"Panera Cool Springs. Specifically ordered late after lunch rush for curbside. Received the order is ready notice, pulled up, put flashers on as instructed and sat for almost 20 mins. Now I know your thinking why didn 't you go in... first because I had my dog in the car and didn 't want to leave her in 89 degree heat and second had just had knee surgery the day before. So I called and was hung up on 5 times! Finally I asked a guy to keep an eye on my dog and hobbled inside, they had no such order I must have made a mistake, till I showed them the confirmations. There were only about 5 people in the store and they couldn 't even answer the phone! Finally they found my order, I left so angry why let it bother me because this was the 2nd time, food ice cold. My neighbors told me they go to one much further away to avoid this particular store. Fool me once... guess I was the fool. Never again will I spend a dime there."

"In a time when employees are hard to come by and the supply chain is absolute chaos, this Panera gets 5 stars from me. If you’re the kind of person who gets frustrated with out of stock this and that, or you’re in a huge rush this is just me repeating what I’m gathering from other reviewers, not speaking about my own experiences then definitely stay away from…honestly any Panera location. Maybe any restaurant, ever, at all, right now.I have had nothing but amazing experiences here lately. Everyone I have interacted with has been so incredibly kind that I could have cried haha. A couple of weeks ago I had someone who was so patient and sweet as I chose so many different bakery items, and today someone else was so kind and welcoming, intentionally complimenting me and calling me by my name. It’s these little things that make me want to come back and this Mexican street corn chowder, wow Thank you Panera friends for making these long days spent at the hospital visiting my dad suck a little less!!"

"There is a reason this place has two stars. Yesterday when I was ordering through the drive thru I couldn't hear the lady speaking. I kept saying sorry I can't heart you and she was VERY rude. "Positive Update! I’m seeing new faces working at this Panera and the difference is already unbelievable. I brought my 3 month old in this morning to pick up a fairly large breakfast order. I went in because they did not have the curbside option available and I’ve been told I cannot pickup rapid pickup in the drive thru. I had my hands quite full. A lovely employee did not hesitate to help me out to my car. She very kindly explained that they are short staffed, and that she was making sure they were doing their best to accommodate rapid pickup through the drive thru. Gives me some hope for this location! Have never had a friendly or productive experience here. Busy or absolutely no one else in the restaurant, no one seems to want to serve or interact with their customers. Getting the correct order is hit or miss, on top of the unpleasant atmosphere. 6/30/2022 another trip to my local Panera just means another missing item. Never a full order completed at this location."

"I usually visit this restaurant during my work breaks because it's within walking distance, but no matter what I order to go, it always takes forever to be ready—whether they’re busy or not. Today, I ordered a single cup of soup to go and ended up waiting for 27 out of my 30-minute break. When I finally received it, the soup was poorly packed and had expired, and they didn’t include any utensils even though I had specifically requested them. The staff offered no apology. Meanwhile, a family of four who ordered right in front of me received their full meals and finished eating while I was still waiting for my one cup of soup. I highly recommend avoiding this place, especially if you don’t have time to sit and wait."

However, by 8:00, I had received no word on my order and after multiple attempts at calling, I finally reached someone at 8:30 who claimed my order would arrive in 15 minutes. "The prices are too high, but this is the fault of others not in the store. (Lost the 5 alone) They were from things that were usually menu clips. The staff did not offer a discount, but we are friendly and working with what they had. It's an upbeat location, so I was fine with it.
