"Personal service and attention from the owner, who oversaw the kitchen and all aspects of our dinner. Ethiopian dining is like few others. The food itself, as well as the manner in which one eats the food mostly scooping with the bread, is very unique. Foods ranged from mild to spicy, but was all good. The meats are prepared in more of a stew to ground style, depending on what you order. The vegetarian options turned out to be spectacular, and this coming from a meat eater who typically avoids the vegetable options. In this case, the spicy lentil however it was prepared was my favorite. The desserts were tremendous. Simple, flavorful and mostly sweetened with honey, which is how they also sweetened my freshly made juice strawberry banana many other options available too. And the coffee ritual, including roasting, clay pots, incense, etc. was delightful. Please do give this small local establishment a shot"
