"My husband and I love to sit at the bar when we eat out on date night. This place us fabulous! The bartenders work so hard! Carlton was our bartender and he was fantastic! They all are amazing to watch. The crabcake was delicious. I thought the wagyu skewers were good but not my favorite. My husband loved them. BUT... the French Onion Soup is OUT OF THIS WORLD! OMG. THE best French Onion soup we have ever tasted!! SO GOOD!! You MUST try that when you go."

"We went to celebrate my Mom's birthday for dinner earlier this week. The service was good, but not exceptional. Unfortunately, the food was the most disappointing aspect of our experience. Many dishes were bland, with the only standout being the creme brulee. However, it was unappetizing to see desserts displayed on a tray that appeared to have been sitting out all day. While I appreciate the concept, trying to sell desserts based on dried out examples was a bit off-putting. Overall, the experience was okay, but the quality of the food did not justify the price. "Unfortunately the only positive of dining here was our waitress was super sweet. She was also the only wait staff working covering as bartender and waitress. Hardly anyone in dining restaurant and food took forever to come out. My granddaughters chicken strips were inedible. Sent back. My steak frites was not hit and steak was no more than 4 ounces. Pretty sad! The waitress could not service our table because of all the tasks she had to handle. Breakfast next morning was not any better with dried up potatoes from probably 2 days ago. No coffee refill and again 1 waitress. Never again and I truly believe the focus was on the casino next door and not the hotel. Poor management was evident. Never again!"

"The quality of the bagels has declined over the years. Today, I tried six different types, and they all tasted the same—like Styrofoam. I wish I could say they were great, but the spicy bagels had no spice, and the onion bagels were dry. Whoever is responsible for preparing these bagels for baking needs better training, or the owner should consider investing in higher-quality ingredients. I've been a customer for over ten years, but after this experience, I’ll be looking for another place. Best of luck to this business."

"Great food. Rude employees. The call I received regarding an Door Dash order that I paid a good amount for was unwelcoming. The person I spoke with had a nonchalant attitude. After confirming my order with the person I spoke with, she laughed and only said bye and hung up. I called back to speak with a manager and told the manager about my interaction and she had the same nonchalant attitude. The female managers I 'm sorry didn 't seem genuine at all. And, they charged me $4.00 extra for pepperoni and banana peppers on my sub. Smh. I really like the food but because of this interaction, I will not be ordering from this place anymore."

"This is definitely the most I?ve overpaid for pasta at a restaurant. I thought this place would be good because of the reviews but sadly I was wrong. I got the shrimp linguine with garlic oil and it was honestly so bland. Even the butter had more flavorthen the garlic oil. I can?t justify paying $36 for 5 shrimp cooked in pasta in garlic oil. The Chicken Alfredo was mid, I don?tthink anyone can mess that up. The bread basket they bring out is also very sad. Cold hard bread and the butter was just regularbutter. I would just save my money and go to the other Italian restaurants in Little Italy."

"I've visited this restaurant several times mainly due to its convenience, but there's a recurring issue: the food is never served hot. Most of the dishes seem to be pre-made and simply assembled. I've tried burgers, crispy chicken sandwiches, breakfast croissants, and more, but none of them are ever warm. The cheese on my sandwiches is cold and barely starting to melt, and the fries are at best lukewarm. The soups aren't homemade either, although they are warmer than the other items. I wouldn't mind paying the prices if the food was hot, but I only stop by when I'm really short on time."

"I just ate there on my lunch break. The food was good, could use a little more sauce. That might have been the best part of the experience. The staff isn't rude but there was this one waitress doesn't seem to know how to talk to people. I had gotten a wrap and so did my friend. It comes with fries. The man behind me needed ketchup, I had ketchup on my table. I hear her tell him she needs to get him another ketchup because the bottle she had was out. Now instead of asking if we were finished with the ketchup, she reaches over my food to grab it and give it to him. Now for me that's rude. I still had fries on my plate and so did my friend. At that point i stopped eating because I don't like that. She brings the check and neither of us had empty plates. When she grabs my friends plate the waitress put her napkin in her plate so if she wanted to take it to go, at that point we couldn't. After she did that is when she saw my plate and asked me if I wanted to take it to go. My friend had more food on her plate then I did... At that point I was over it but now when it comes to charging they made a mistake, had to void and redo it. I'm not so upset about that because I saw it wasn't the older ladies fault, she was having issues with the machine prior. Instead of charging the difference I now have to wait a couple days to receive it back. It was my second time there. The first time was nice. This time not so much but maybe I'll give it another chance and change the review but as for now. That was my experience. It's all about service for me."

"If the owner of this establishment reads my review, I have a message for them: "You need to watch the behavior of your staff and ensure the quality of the products you sell to customers." My husband and I have visited this bakery multiple times because we live just one minute away. Despite the rude attitude of the Armenian women working there, we tried to ignore it and just focus on getting what we wanted. However, today was different. I asked my husband to bring me a piece of berry tart, specifically telling him to make sure the berries were fresh because I suspected they sometimes give old slices instead of fresh ones. He brought back five pieces and I was looking forward to enjoying them with fresh berries. Unfortunately, what I received was far from fresh. The cream was not fresh at all, and to top it off, there was mold on the blackberries and rotten raspberries used as decoration. We were extremely disappointed and angry. When we returned to the bakery, the woman who sold us the rotten pieces simply rolled her eyes when she saw us parking the car to return them. She didn't even apologize but acted as if she was doing us a favor by exchanging the pieces for fresh ones. I usually don't write reviews, whether good or bad, but this time I felt compelled to warn others about the terrible attitude and quality of products at this bakery. It's a shame I didn't take a photo of the mold, but the most shocking part was seeing her put the rotten piece back on the shelf to sell again."

"Taylor, No calls from the location after two weeks. Disappointed that you said you would follow up but did not carry through. 1 week update: I received a direct message from the business owner last week. I promptly sent my direct phone number. It 's been a week and no calls. I wish I could deduct one more star for the lack of follow up. Original review. Very disappointed with my birthday cake pre order. I ordered for a Saturday pick up at 10:40am. I arrived at 10:40am. I was then informed that they were still finishing the cake because they wanted to make it fresh. I knew they just messed up their timing but didn 't give them a hard time because the party was starting at 11:30am. The rushed frosting meant that the cake did not have time to set in the refrigerator. This resulted in one dollop of frosting sliding off. We tried to fix it but the damage had been done. Also some of the decorative finishes were poorly done. This is not acceptable for a $40 cake. I will not be ordering cakes or any other pastries from this location again."
