"I booked a reservation expected a dine in restaurant with the menu listed on the website. When I went for dinner, I found the restaurant portion closed and the open bar seating was what was available. There were open tables and no host. The menu provided was more like bar food versus the restaurant menu available on the website. I was informed that the website is not updated regularly. The wait staff and food we did order was good, but had I known it was a bar setting, I would have looked somewhere else for a more sit down dinner setting. I hope they update the website in the future because I did enjoy staying at the resort. So overall I had higher hopes but the food was good, just don't expect anything fancy."

My medium burger was burnt so I won't order that again. Also, I made our reservation a month ago but no one seemed to be expecting us. That doesn't make a customer feel valued. I hope this information is helpful for making improvements.

I went to the restaurant at the appointed time and there was no staff person even present. I waited about 15 minutes and someone appeared but I was not even acknowledged. Several other parties had the same experience while I was waiting. My ratings of food and value were just to get to this page. We left and went elsewhere

We were unaware that the restaurant offered only a set menu, which limited us to just three meal options, and there was no children's menu available. This resulted in our kids having to choose from adult meals that weren't suitable for them. Additionally, the salads seemed to have been prepared too early, as they were soggy and unappetizing. The main rib was also overcooked. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I'm truly surprised that we spent hundreds of dollars on a meal that none of us enjoyed. View menu

I wasn't aware that this restaurant only has tables set up in the bar area of the casino/congress center. The initial concept seemed promising, but the bartender was rather indifferent, particularly when it came to our order. When our food finally arrived, one of the dishes was completely wrong. It was re-prepared, but by that time, we had already finished our meals. Other tables received their food before our correct order was brought out. There were no apologies from the staff. The food itself was just average, but the live band was a pleasant surprise.

My Mom and I enjoyed a wonderful Saturday evening at the Eagle’s Nest. Our very friendly and efficient server, Jordon, was amazing. She was very busy serving drinks , taking orders and bringing food down from the upstairs kitchen while still keeping complete composure! The arancini appetizer was delicious. The chicken quesadilla was typical but lacked chicken. The pillowy gnocchi entree was very tasty and quite filling. The band (4-5 piece was an added plus to the night! I do not recall their name but they played a great variety of classics. My mom sang every song : There were plenty couples/singles dancing and having a great time.
