"Supposed to open at 9. 9:20 and store still closed, no sign nothing. Had to call the store. the guy on the phone was extremely unhelpful. Had placed an online order, first he told me I had to request a refund through Macy’s which is completely wrong, then he said they couldn’t do anything in store so had to do it through the app, which is not right as you cannot cancel orders through the app. Didn’t even apologize for not being open or for my order or even try to make it right. Just straight up we’re not ready to open till 10am (an hour late), and passed the responsibility off to Macy’s and Starbuck support. Finally after 20 minutes of wait time with the phone support they finally refunded me. If you can order at another store avoid the headache. Horrible service. They need to retrain their staff in customer service."
