"This café can get busy at times, with more than five customers in line. However, the baristas always manage to keep the drinks coming and the line moving. I only experienced one long wait, which lasted about 15 minutes or more, but that seemed like a rare occurrence since it was a weekend around noon, and many visitors come by after taking pictures at The Ranch. Other than that, the staff is incredibly friendly, efficient, and the cleanliness is impressive, especially the restrooms! I'm not sure if they offer items from a secret menu since I've never tried, but they do take special orders into account depending on how busy they are. My kids love visiting because the staff is so welcoming; they even once offered to divide a tall drink into three cups for them. The atmosphere is calm, with lively music that adds to the vibe, and there's plenty of shaded seating available outside. Additionally, there are a few tables reserved for handicapped customers both in the front and back outside, as well as one inside, which is a nice touch."
