"Every time my friend orders her favorite old-fashioned burger at this restaurant, it always arrives burnt, and this time was no different. I opted for a selection of three appetizers, but unfortunately, my burger also came out burnt. However, our waiter kindly removed my meal from the bill and offered my friend a complimentary piece of cheesecake as compensation. We are regular customers at this restaurant, and our waiter has consistently provided excellent service. The only downside is that I can't recall his name."
