"Every time my friend orders her favorite old-fashioned burger at this restaurant, it always arrives burnt, and this time was no different. I opted for a selection of three appetizers, but unfortunately, my burger also came out burnt. However, our waiter kindly removed my meal from the bill and offered my friend a complimentary piece of cheesecake as compensation. We are regular customers at this restaurant, and our waiter has consistently provided excellent service. The only downside is that I can't recall his name."

It wasn?t bad. Pretty slow on the service. The drinks took a bit to get to the table and asked for water a couple times before we actually got any. It was busy at the time. The food was hot and the waitress was friendly, probably just over booked withmore tables that she could handle.

I arrived for dinner at 5:45 PM, but by 6:10 PM, we still hadn't seen a server. We were a party of five and had received no drinks. Meanwhile, I noticed four servers leaning against the kitchen, absorbed in their phones, while the manager appeared to be doing nothing. This experience was very disappointing.
