"We've been coming to this Chili's for a number of years but haven't been there in the last couple years. Stopped in there on Sunday. Wasn't crowded and we were seated fairly fast. The hostess was very nice! She also got us our leftover boxes. Our server was also the bartender and she was nice and surprisingly attentive seeing as how she was making drinks and taking care of tables. The food seemed good (got the ribs chicken crispers combo my wife got the shrimp tacos). However, the place looked a little rundown and when I used the men's bathroom before we left I was amazed at how dirty it was. Also, there was a server in there using his phone standing right in front of the urinals where I wanted to go. So I went into toilet and locked it. The toilet was very dirty! If I had seen that before, we would have left before we ate. The server used the urinal but I didn't hear him wash his hands. Service was good, food tasted ok but the bathroom dirtiness was unsettling and made me question whether the rest of the restaurant was clean. Hoped the rest of staff washed their hands and hope they get someone to clean their bathroom!"

"Usually, if you've been to one Chili's, you've experienced them all. I was honestly surprised at the friendliness of our server (Connor, I think) because he was assigned a huge area and was also the bartender and host. But he was thriving and it was awesome. In his shoes I would have loved some help, but I hope he made from his tables that day.The food was also delicious. I get lunch from another location pretty often, and that same dish's quality can differ wildly depending on the day. This location was on point though. Finally, we had margaritas and they were really good. Mixed well and pleasantly strong for house margs."

"Why is the food always undercooked? It doesn't seem like this restaurant is in that much of a hurry. The noodles were uncooked, the egg rolls were barely warmed up, and I didn't even get the extra bread I ordered for the pasta. I should have remembered that the food wasn't great the last time I visited, but I wanted to give it another chance. No thanks. I’m done."

"I haven't visited Chili's in years, so I had high hopes for this visit. Overall, the customer service was excellent. However, the food was a bit disappointing. We ordered the salmon with rice and broccoli, along with black beans, chips, and salsa. Unfortunately, everything was too salty and lacked any distinct flavor other than salt. The salmon needed more time on the heat as it was a bit undercooked in the middle. To cleanse my palate, I ordered a mini lava cake, which had good taste and texture, but was not quite a melted lava cake as expected. Despite the underwhelming food, the friendly and efficient service from Tina would make us consider giving the restaurant another chance in the future. I believe there is always room for improvement in any culinary experience."

"bijan’s is one of the only late evening dining places in the opposite. at the arrival I let the host know that I used open table, but he didn't check me in or confirm, just led me to a table. I asked him to formally check me in, and he said he would, but he continued to sit down others. Someday I asked another host who immediately checked in and said I would get my open table points. he was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was not only delicious, but so big that I took the rest of the house. my related had the chicken potcake (written as tasty, but vaccinated on the chicken,) and the chicken cake (the diligent was burned and had no taste, but the chicken was moist and tasty). we just wanted water so I can't get the drinks. our server was pleasant and efficient."

"They were a bit busy when I was there, so the service was kind of slow, and it got a little sloppy for us when the guy who delivered the food to the table, the tray down, and it fell on the floor, always soup over the floor, and even on my jacket. It wasn't clean, and I had to wash it anyway, so I did the next day. It took a while to get the replacement appetizers for me and a roommate who was quite fast followed by our ducks. I think things were a bit cooler than I would have preferred this night, but everything tasted good. Besides these few things, everything was fine. It was actually the first time that I had been to this place where we went because as a time we left, there was no waiting for a table, but there was a little wait until the time we got there. At least it wasn't as bad as some of the other locations I saw online. My chicken wars actually came a little on the crisp side, instead of almost asggy as they are much of the time in another place or two where I was, as I did. We can be another time, especially if one of the locations has a 90 to 120 plus minute."

"I typically try to avoid leaving negative reviews, so I'll start with the positives. The staff here was excellent—our waitress was friendly, attentive, and prompt. We were seated quickly, our orders were taken without delay, and our food came out in no time, even though we visited during the busy Saturday lunch rush. However, I have to mention that the cleanliness of the place was quite concerning. It wasn’t just a matter of poor cleaning after hours; it appeared to be a long-standing issue, with dust and old crumbs scattered in the dining areas. The glassware was streaky and had water spots, likely from being wiped with a dirty rag. I can only guess how the kitchen looks based on the condition around its entrance, which was quite unappealing. Everyone has different priorities when dining out, but if cleanliness matters to you, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. Personally, I won’t be coming back."

"Went to go grab dinner around 7:30 just to get out of the house. No one was at the podium to greet us when we walked in. I had to go to the bar ask did they have a host or hostess working. They told me there was a hold on seating anyone at this time but would send someone. The hostess came said there would be a 10-15 minute wait but the restaurant was nearly empty. We decided to wait which I regretted because once we got seated it was close to the restroom they claimed that no one was working the other area where the other tables were. The person I was with had to send his food back twice due to it being cold in the middle barely any food on the plate to begin with. About time they got it half way right we were ready to go not to mention it was so cold you could barely enjoy your food. I will say the server Miranda was professional even though others made her job difficult."

"I have been here since about 3:10pm and I’m just getting a drink at 4:00pm the lunch is over, I was told by the bartender it was no happy hour only to be told by the customer next to me that it is happy hour, because that’s what she told him and he’s been ordering all day. The bartender was asking for help and the manager didn’t help or get help until a lady at the bar wanted to leave because of the terrible service. The manager came over did something to the register never acknowledged any of the customers or said anything never apologized for the inconvenience or the long wait. He had the bartender running the bar and half of the floor by herself. I asked to speak to the manager to tell him my frustrations and he didn’t care he didn’t apologize for being understaffed or for the long wait. I asked his name he didn’t want to tell me so I asked the staff, I was told his name is Mr. Oscar. Oscar needs to be retrained as a manager he has no management skills at all. I then asked him was it happy hour cause I was confused because I was told no by staff but yes by customers so I asked the manager to be sure he said no it’s not so I said the customers said they are ordering happy hour, he then said oh yeah from 3-6 ??‍ I have never been to such a circus. But Liyah the bartender was amazing she had great customer service. Thanks again Liyah for your hospitality, you should teach the manager some hospitality. Still didn’t get asked about my food order and it’s 4:25 so I can’t give a review on that."

"Been to so many Chili's locations. On average especially when super busy any oops is acceptable. One star only here so I could move on to rant about yesterday's visit in my residential town. 8pm not overly busy, 1hr total of time spent in establishment.Simply a small to go order of 2 drink their version of chili type con queso with a nuke, heat munch bag of chips; prettygood idea there I'll say Rude hostess, bartender a real nasty human, my sister was the one to make our order in person aftermuch lack.of response from the so dalled bartender. She did go as far as to complain to the manager on duty, asking him torefrain from repromanding them til she left. Not as though he even attempted to offer a sple glass of water. A realdisappointment all around. We even witnessed 2 gentleman that sat at a near empty bar weren't treated any better, one of the 2was never waited on and finally gave up. I know as well as anyone, especially from being in this industry that verbalrecognition kindness goes a VERY long way. Definitely contacting corporate on this unnecessary happenings."

"I recently dined at a restaurant on a Sunday afternoon with my party of two and a baby, and it was not a disappointment. Despite the busy atmosphere, we were promptly greeted with friendly and professional service. The Presidente margarita was truly amazing, and the chips and salsa were delicious - we couldn't get enough of the salsa. I ordered the chicken shrimp pasta, which was not as hot as I would have liked, but I was able to enjoy it after letting it sit while I ate the corn. My wife's fajitas were also excellent. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I would definitely return again."

"We were able to join the waitlist through the app while we were driving over. Seated within 5 minutes of arriving during dinner rush on a Friday. Our server Amy was incredible and served our drinks and app so fast. Service overall was so quick from start to finish but not rushed. Family atmosphere with great lighting and not too loud. "First time going out to eat in a quite a while and was extremely disappointed tonight. Was quickly seated which was great but about 10 minutes goes by before anyone acknowledges that we are there. Our complete order was taken appetizer drinks main course. The table that came in well after us already had their drinks brought to their table before ours was taken. Not long after our order was taken the complementary chips and salsa was brought to our table with no silverware or napkins. About five minutes goes by and then our drinks were brought and they were great. Several more minutes go by and our main course is brought out. I was surprised and said wow we haven’t even gotten our appetizer yet. Without having a chance to further respond they took our main course back to the back and brought our our appetizer. At this point we still have not received silverware or napkins. We try to eat our appetizer which was spinach dip and ended up in a mess and I had to go find someone to get us napkins. After explaining to her that we didn’t have Annie and me holding a puddle of spinach dip in my hand she still did not give me napkins right away. I had to pull a paper towel from her stand that she uses to clean tables with and clean up myself and go back to my table. There we waited and she never came with a napkins. I flag down another person and asked for napkins and he immediately went and found some and brought to us. The main course is brought back out. The steaks were good but the mashed potatoes were very cold. Very disappointing to say the least and this first trip in a very long time."

"The Bacon Avocado Chicken Sandwich at Chili's truly surpassed my expectations. The bread was fresh, the chicken was juicy, and the crispy vegetables added a nice crunch—all served in a generous portion for an affordable price. I visited the Chili's Bar and Grill in the winter garden on a Sunday afternoon, and honestly, I wasn't expecting much. "We had to wait until after our food arrived to get our drinks. My meal was cold, and my husband’s was so burnt that other diners were turning to see what that awful smell was. We tried to get the attention of the waitstaff, but they were all huddled together having conversations and didn’t notice us. When our drinks finally arrived, they were wrong, but it was clear that sending them back would mean we’d never see the right ones. It was just my husband and me, and between the appetizers, drinks, and dinner, we ended up wasting nearly $75. My advice? Avoid this place on the weekends—or better yet, just don’t go at all."

"(Food was old dry like it had been under a heat lamp for hours. Order came out wrong. Quality was non existent. Won't be back. We ordered two starters (fried pickles cheese fries then our meals (a burger sliders Because they come with a sideof fries, we asked if we could substitute the fries with our starters instead and pay the difference if there was one. Our foodcame out quickly, which was suspicious but we were hungry so didn't think much of it at first. The server put the food down,quickly asked if everything looked alright as she walked away. It was a basket with the fried pickles, 2 sliders and small roundcontainer with cheese fries that looked hours old. Then our meals came out. 4 sliders, burger ANOTHER cheese fries that lookedworse than the previous one. We shrugged at the extra food but after the first bite both of us knew nothing we had been givenwas fresh. It was so dry and disgusting I took 2 bites and stopped. My S.O. ate 2 sliders and stopped...we paid, left the tablewith the majority of our food untouched."

"Usually this is a nice place to eat. It started out by us waiting for a seat to find out the gal that was cleaning the tables next to us was the one that was supposed to be seating us. But she took her sweet time cleaning tables instead. We werestarving, We got to the table. Ordered too much food just too kind of take the edge off. Soup came we ate it, Is waiting forthe guy to take our order instead he takes a table that just came in. I drink my alcoholic beverage but because I don't haveenough food in me it in me I end up sick. I ordered a second drink but had to cancel it before I got to the table. "Ordered the bowl of chili with house salad. Not sure We got the bowl as the container looked very small. it arrived cold and the cheese on top was not the slightest bit melted. Also ordered the quesadilla explosion salad, where the chicken was also VERY cold and the cheese quesadilla’s were so hard, almost petrified.. lol. We are in a hotel less than 1/2 mile away from this particular chili’s and I can’t believe it was that cold! Unless it was the door dash driver not picking it up promptly. At 6:05 the order was confirmed by Chilis, at 6:24 my driver Rameses was in the lobby, so I tend to think it is not the door dash driver. We had ordered from Chilis earlier in the day since they’re were so close for lunch/snack and brought directly to our room as instructed. This time, Rameses said the front desk never said she can go to the room and the front desk never insisted that she could deliver??!! Not so much a big deal to go get it, but why bother entering instructions for room , etc."

"Hannah was amazing! She was very friendly, welcoming, and patient. I had some special requests for my order, and she handled them perfectly. The customer service was outstanding. "This was my 2nd time visiting. Last time I visited on a weekend and reserved a table by calling them. This time I visited for dinner on a weekday without calling and they said the wait would be about 30 mins. More than half the tables were empty and they weren’t willing to use those for anyone. The waitress was totally not in a mood and was just serving us for the sake of it. I don’t know if it was just that lady or everyone else, but I did not have a good experience because of that. The stars I gave are just for food. Its great. I love their fajitas and the desserts. To conclude- please call in advance to reserve a table. The wait will always be more than 15-20 mins."
