"Check your final bill carefully! Our itemized bill came back around $125. They brought back a credit card receipt for us to sign that was $159. When I pointed this out to the waiter, he went off and explained that after he brought us our itemized bill, somehow two additional glasses of wine were added to our tab. Although we appreciate the explanation, I don 't think we really received an apology there was no surprise, remorse, or anything that suggested that the restaurant wanted to make amends for the mistake. (I had supposed that the restaurant would normally lock out the tab once they print the itemized bill and bring it to the table but that 's clearly NOT the case here. Otherwise, the restaurant is in a great spot, it 's beautifully decorated, and the service was fine (until they brought the check . I love when Italian pasta shines and is complimented by the sauce. But here, the pasta sauces overwhelmed the pasta. It was passable not disturbing in any way, but surely also not memorable. But really, I am still flumoxed by the bill mishap was it an honest mistake or a scam? I wish that I had confidence that it was just a mistake. But the way that the restaurant responded didn 't suggest that they cared."

"I showed up and didn’t get attended for 30 minutes and I’ve eaten here one other time, and I know my orders because it’s the same in every place that has pasta, and it’s anything with Alfredo sauce, this time the waiter gets to me and says there isn’t any, and walked away and didn’t come back for another 30 minutes, then a different waiter walks by with fettuccine Alfredo, so I went and asked him, and of course he said they had it, so then I went to lady that led us to our table and brought this all to her, just for her to go and ask the first dude and get the same answer of, no there is no Alfredo sauce, very poor service from a restaurant in this location."

"My experience at Zingari Ristorante was very mediocre. I came here for my boyfriend’s birthday. Due to covid, we sat on a beautiful rooftop which at first was very romantic, but was unfortunately ruined by the very loud EDM music. We were seated very near the speakers so I understand that it was loud, however, the very EDM music ruined the mood and we had a difficult time communicating despite being right in front of each other. We also sat right next to a heater, but only seemed to produce minimal heat, which was a huge downside when eating around The service was very slow. The waiters were all very nice but the waiter spent hours before bringing our food. I believe we waited for our appetizer, around or more for our entrees, and even for our dessert. This would have been understandable if the restaurant was busy, but we were one of the last tables. We were pretty disappointed by the service. Finally the food was overall very very good. My boyfriend got the veal steak and I got the pappardelle de la nonna. Both were very good but my pasta was a bit over seasoned, which is surprising because usually I always like my food extraseasoned. The veal steak is definitely a masterpiece though. The appetizer was mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto. It tasted very good, but there could have been more mozzarella and less prosciutto. The desserts were cheesecake and profiteroles. Both were excellent and no complaint!Overall, I was a dissatisfied but the food remained good"

"I was only staying one night in this area and had difficulty finding better rated restaurants. I came across Leonardo and was impressed by the menu. Almost didn’t make reservations when I saw that it is located in small strip mall- what a mistake that would have been! This place is superb. The food is excellent- so many nightly specials. The vibe is authentic- you can tell that a lot of local regular customers support the place. I would highly recommend."

"Sant Ambroeus Soho has always been one of my favorites places in the city and I 've enjoyed visiting regularly over the years. Thats why it was my first option to go for lunch with a friend that I have not seeing for a very long time. But what a disappointment did I get yesterday. The new manager is there just to boost his ego and his attitude is 'it 's my way and I do not care you are the costumer . I had made a reservation for outdoors 3 weeks in advance and upon arrival the new hostess, who is not that much friendlier, escorted me to the 'wood cabanas/steam rooms ' that were fine during winter-pandemic situation but do not work in warmer Spring-Summer days; it was 80 degrees yesterday and I did not want to do that to my very fashionable woman friend. I asked to be seated under the awning area which was completely empty but I was told that those were for guests with reservations; exactly; like if I didn 't have a reservation. The only option offered were to be seated inside and I was left standing outside while I waited for my friend to decide what she wanted to do. I was totally ready to go somewhere else but after her arrival we decided to just get it over with and eat inside. Sant Ambroeus ' new management will be responsible for their business demise. We are in time that after a year of pandemic people have 0 tolerance for the BS and the mistreatment of patrons. The new manager needs to get with the program and overcome his insecurities because the times where patrons went out to be mistreated by the rude employees on the false pretense of being at a cool place are long gone. It is not about you.. it is about the costumer."

"We have driven by this restaurant many times, so decided to try it out on a date night. The staff was very warm, welcoming, and friendly. We were given recommendations that were delicious in the end. I loved the delicious Sangiovese/Cabernet wine we decided to try as well as the calamari and fish dish we shared. The calamari was crunchy, without being overdone. The fish came whole and the server took the time to debone the fish and give me the crispy and salty skin I said I wanted the most! There is an easy lot to park at behind the restaurant, and plenty of space to sit inside or outside to dine. We will be back for sure!"

"I went there with a group of 6 people. We all loved the food, save for a couple of dry fish dishes but that didn’t spoil anything. The server was very nice but it seems like the restaurant’s policy is to clear plates as soon as one person finishes. We had three people still eating while the server and busboy were reaching over them blocking their food while trying to clear the table. My friend was asked no less than 3 times if he was done with his meal while still eating, which of course, made us feel a sense of urgency. We were not lingering longer than acceptable and there were empty tables in the restaurant so no one was waiting for our table. If the restaurant can improve on their etiquette, it’d be amazing. But it’s too expensive to have people hovering over us to clear plates before the whole table is finished."

"The pizza was delivered quickly and hot, and the crispy crust was a nice touch. While the sauce was bland, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Unfortunately, the cheese was a complete disaster; it weighed the pizza down like the Titanic. Even after letting it sit for a bit, the greasy cheese fell right off when I tried to pick up a slice. It was literally that bad. It makes my usual go-to spot, Giardinis, which is just decent when I need something quick, seem like a four-star restaurant in comparison!"

"Was a weird experience, I did a reservation for 1 and they just gave me the first available table. They put me in a table for 4 in the entrance, I didn’t like that and tell them, the girl just said that they were full. Then the service was good but it felt like they were rushing me to decide and order. Then the pasta that I ordered was flavorless and couldn’t eat more than a 1/4 of the plate. Hope they fix those issues because no matter that I was eating on my own, I should have had a good experience as well."

"This was our first time dining here. We were able to eat outside which made it possible to have easy conversation. The place was jumping! Shared the mozzerella with roasted prosciutto appetizer. It was perfect portion and absolutely delicious. Mains were osso bucco (tender and a normal sized entree) and bucatini with lamb (a winner), Appreciated the bread basket and spreads offered. Service was very good, and despite the restaurant being really busy, we were able to dine and enjoy a leisurely paced meal. Will be back for sure."

"I booked this restaurant due to high ratings but, sad to say, our experience fell short. The signature pear salad was outstanding, but the pasta dishes were over sauced, which I never would say as I love sauce. The fish dish (salmon) and sides were also lacking in flavor. Service was friendly and pretty good, although waters were not refilled and, in this COVID-era, I’d prefer to box my own left-overs at the table for safety. Was also shocked that there was no checking of vaccinations, but I guess that’s not a requirement in this community. Restaurant is very dark and hard to see menus or dishes. Had to use flashlight in phone to see."

Despite my inquiry about the delay after waiting for about 15 minutes, no efforts were made to expedite my order. As a result, the calamari I ordered arrived cold. Clearly, I won’t be ordering from here again. I called to place my order, and the person assured me it would be ready in 20 minutes, so your explanation is not valid. It would have been more reasonable to estimate 40 minutes instead. Furthermore, you’re claiming that I received a gift card and a free dessert? I never received any of that. You must be confusing me with someone else. Now, on top of the poor service, I’m being insulted?"

"This was a birthday treat for my girlfriend I can not believe the service experience we received. This was our 1st time at really trying fine dining it was a truly magical amazing experience. The restaurant was stunning, the layout was amazing, we had views of the open kitchen in the middle of the restaurant also amazing views of the famous dubai fountains. The food was stunning out of this world. The added little extras my girlfriend had for her birthday was a lovely touch made the whole truly magical. "I wanted to share an amazing restaurant my family took me to in Franklin Square called Il Cantone Cafe. After living in Naples, Italy, I've struggled to find truly authentic Italian food, but this place was fantastic! We ordered several appetizers, including calamari, mussels, baked clams, and artichoke hearts. We also had a margherita pizza appetizer that was devoured before I could snap a photo—so delicious! For my entrée, I chose the chicken marsala, which was perfectly cooked. My family also enjoyed chicken parmigiana, grilled salmon with vegetables, shrimp scampi, spaghetti and meatballs, and eggplant parmigiana. Everything was outstanding! We saved room for dessert, which was equally fantastic, along with some great espresso. I've included some wonderful pictures to showcase all the food. "I’ll be back! Wonderful lunch! Went with a coworker and had such an awesome experience! We shared a Caesar salad and the dressing was great! I had linguine vongole which is one of my faves so I’m incredibly picky and it was delicious! Clams were perfectly cooked and the sauce was flavorful and perfectly balanced. My friend had the gnocchi with black truffles that he enjoyed. The server was attentive and charming. The place is adorable exposed brick and wood."

"I had two friends stop my house for a late lunch so we ordered from our favorite Italian Restaurant in SLO Mamas Meatballs. We did the Margherita Pizza and Their Macaroni and Cheese with Sliced Short Ribs and a Barbabietola Salad everything was Perfect and plenty of food to share with three of us! They also include their garlic rolls for free which we use as croutons in the salad. Came out about $60.00 for the whole order including the Door Dash Delivery !"
