"Let me start off by saying the food was delicious. However they certainly deserve the one star for the ability to come and pick up our Thanksgiving dinner. It was obvious from the start that no one in the restaurant had a clue about what was happening norhow to deliver food to all the people who had previously ordered it. The line was wrapped around the building and includedpeople picking up prepaid pies, prepaid feasts, prepaid meals, waiting in line to seat at the restaurant and eat, and people whocame to buy takeout that was not pre-ordered. None of the staff seem to know what to do with them. My sister, a formerrestaurant manager before she retired, peeked in the door and saw boxes and boxes of food in the kitchen window waiting to bedelivered to people, but staff unable to seem to know what to do next to get that food all of us waiting in line. A huge truckabsolutely stacked with pies was parked outside with a tent next to it in order to deliver pies, but no one out there directingpie purchases and pie deliveries. Therefore that entire process was rendered useless. Although the food was good, I would notchoose to use this service again."
