"It seemed like a hidden gem for locals; I visited during the offseason, so the atmosphere might be different in the summer. The drinks were affordable during happy hour, the reuban sandwich was delicious, and the fries were hot and crispy. I would give 5 stars to the bourbon cider slush, which was my favorite. They had baseball playing on the TVs at the bar, and they were preparing for an open mic night as I was leaving, so there was more than just the food to keep me entertained."

"My friend and I visited Leo in East Aurora today, and we had a great experience. My friend appreciated all the TVs, allowing him to watch football. The bartender was attentive, yet I noticed he was coughing as he managed the bar and tables. Despite that, he was very friendly. Our food was delicious! I ordered a calzone stuffed with sweet peppers and onions, and it was incredible—huge and made with high-quality ingredients! The sauce was my favorite part! My friend ordered pizza and loved it as well. We're definitely coming back!"

"The food and staff at this restaurant are outstanding. They are fast, but that doesn’t compromise the quality of their dishes. I often have them deliver to my workplace, and I wish I lived close enough to have it delivered to my home; I’d gladly travel to pick it up instead. The staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate any requests. The steak and cheese here is the best I’ve had in the area. Give it a try; you won't be disappointed!"

"I've been coming to this place for 15 years since I moved to Columbia, and I can honestly say 8/15/22 will come my last time in Ledo Pizza in Colombia and maybe never apply the restaurant again. There were two important questions that resulted: #1. I went to the restaurant to get the pizza I ordered online, and the checkout did not welcome me, or say hello or how can I help you. She looked at me with an empty star like I shouldn't be there. Your customer service skills are terrible, they have to go. If that's the kind of people Ledo's in Columbia setting, then I'll get the word for more people who don't get pizza there. The former staff that the restaurant has managed for years was very friendly and personal. This new staff... not so much. I'm not sure why they feel they can be rude, but if they keep it, they will soon be out of business. #2. The pizza I ordered was beyond DISGUSTING! Either they use very cheap ingredients, or the ingredients expired. 5 days later I can still taste the sour of pizza in my mouth. If I could give a star. Perhaps this restaurant is under new management because the quality of the customer service pizza has dropped significantly."

"This place is way overrated. The burger was no big deal. I hate when there are signed all over the store stating how great they are. The fries tasted very stale. I returned the fries to get fresh ones. They were very bad and tasted stale. The burger needed to be redone as I asked for Medium Well. It came out almost rare. However, even when I received the proper cooked hamburger it was no big deal. I will never go back to this place. It’s way over rated."

"This pizza is great! The pizza is always fresh. Delivery is super fast and still HOT upon arrival, and drivers are always friendly. Have not eaten in yet, but I hear it's a great atmosphere and a good spot to grab a bite. I also completed a survey after delivery at one point and mentioned paying for and getting an additional topping on the pizza that wasn't asked for, I received an email the same day from manager apologizing, that is great customer service right there! This has definitely become our go-to spot for pizza!"

"Today July 15th at around 9 pm is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever came across in my whole entire life. We’re out of towners and we were looking to eat some good wings. Our experience was absolutely horrible from the very beginning entering the restaurant with the hostess wanted to sit us in one table but, we wanted to sit in another table that was more confortable for our family. The hostess proceeded to explain to us that we couldn’t sit there because they were doing some rotation of servers. I didn’t think that the hostess should’ve made that information known how they work they’re tables it’s about making the customer confortable. So we proceeded to sit down then a girl with blonde and pink hair approached us as our server to take our order. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and food but we noticed that the server had a bad attitude. We waited around 20 to 25 minutes for our appetizers and still nothing. Then I decided to ask the server what is going on with the appetizers and she seemed annoyed about it and said, “ I’ve been checking it already.” But never apologized when I said, “ You haven’t checked on us to let us know anything.” Then she proceeded to argue and say ,” You don’t need to be talking to me that way.” I was just simply asking if she can check on my appetizers and she had a huge attitude about it. So we literally got up and immediately asked for the manager Tracey and spoke to him about the issue. He was awesome and very apologetic and wanted to make it right. He also mentioned that this particular server had been written up prior for the same thing horrible service. Honestly it was such a bad experience for me that left me not wanting to go back there ever. Some one has to do something about this server she’s costing the business a lot of customers."

"Went with a large party, service and selection were good. Only had one item off chicken salad instead of an egg salad, and the person didn't mention it so no changes were needed. We brought an equal number of young kids and adults, and it was great for both. The Italian lemon cake was the only dessert I got to taste but they all looked amazing. The pizza and French onion soup were also fantastic. The food seemed to take a little extra time, but again we were a larger group. Very good, mid range to sophisticated couisine, would do again anytime I was visiting the same area."

"Great food, especially several of the pizza creations. Also a wide selection of salads from the batch side salad to some creative gourmet salad creations. Wide range of beers with frequent rotation, always something good on tap and many bottles also available. Owner is a big guy who cares a lot about customer satisfaction. Great place to take the family for lunch or dinner, and a cool place to watch sports events with all TVs and large screen projector."

"Hi Todd, I have frequented Brooklyn Pizza for many years. I have seen a high number of staff leave. The turnover is extremely bad. It seems every time someone leaves, the consistency of offering good pizza does down. I told Donna and Gary that lately the pizza is not good. I am told that the pizza makers were told to cut back on the cheese. When you are making pizza, cheese is not something you can cut. I would rather pay more than ruining the taste of the pizza. The consistency has gone out the door. A number of people have stated that the pizza is not as good. I was in there on Wednesday. I ordered cheese pizza. There was no cheese on the top which went down at least 4 inches from the crust. I was in two times this week and was extremely disappointed. Please correct this situation. You went from good pizza to bad."

"This deli is truly a hidden gem. I had never heard of it before stumbling upon it by chance, but I’m so glad I did! I primarily came for the liver, and their liver pâté is simply delicious—something that’s not easy to find elsewhere. The potato salad is fantastic too, and it comes as a side with your sandwich and pickles. Everything else on the menu is well-prepared and tasty as well. It’s refreshing to find an old-fashioned deli still thriving, especially in such a lovely, quiet suburban area. This place is definitely worth a visit!"

"The food at Ledo Pizza was amazing! The marinara sauce was one of the most flavorful I've tasted in a long time. The spicy fried ravioli lived up to its name, offering a perfect kick and great flavor — definitely a must-try! My calzone was excellent, baked to a golden brown and packed with cheese, sauce, and my selected toppings. The menu has a wide variety to suit all tastes.
