Instead, he tried to take the plate back to have it cooked further, but I declined for health reasons. I then requested a different meal to avoid the risk of salmonella.
I overheard him telling the staff to prepare another dish because "I didn’t like the first one," which struck me as unprofessional. Overall, this was a very disappointing customer experience, and I cannot recommend dining here. I advise regular patrons to be vigilant and check their food thoroughly, as nobody wants to run the risk of contracting foodborne illnesses like salmonella or E. coli from undercooked dishes."
