"Upon arriving we were seated quickly bread was given to us party of 2) bread was delicious hot crispyMy husband ordered a seafood specialty dish that had 2 clams, 2 mussels, 2 scallops hardly any pasta. $48.00)I ordered mushrooms pappardel it was very good...so apparently if you are a party of Two they bill you a surcharge if you stay longer than an hour 1/2 ,we felt like we were being rushed from beginning to end , sometimes some guy with grey hair would continue to walk by our table look at his watch... like most people who want to go out at the end of a busy work week of hustle bustle the last thing we want if to feel rushed ..we are not those people who hang in a restaurant for 3 hrs plus but we also do enjoy a good meal without wondering if they need the table bc they overbooked a rsvp"

"For some ridiculous reason, they have an issue with switching out penne for rigatoni. I’ve always ordered the chicken francese with rigatoni and only recently has it become this huge fiasco every time I make the request. I completely understand changing your menu around for people but we’re your neighborhood regulars and it’s a PASTA SHAPE. We supported your business on a weekly basis for 5 years straight and for a $23 entree, you’re going to argue with me over a pasta shape? .Arrivederci!"

"Wonderful from the entrance to the exit. We arrived early 5:00. Fri evening, but our server was great. Not familiar with the menu she was very patient as we tasted our menus after she had delivered our drinks and delicious warm bread sticks immediately, along with a side contract of Parm Dressing for diving. All right. Our food came pretty fast, but it was early again and my Alfredo was fantastic. My partner had something like Sausage Pepper Parmiggiano and it was extremely delicious after him. Prices were more than reasonable for the quality and quantity of our foods. We both took home enough for a nice lunch. Knoxville is lucky to have a high quality restaurant like this and I will return to support them. Read reviews will give you a general idea, but I believe every operation should be judged by more than one event. We support all local dealers."

"I 've eaten many pizzas, but this pie is the best! Brings back childhood memories of when my family would eat here. For starters the product is so consistently made, tastes the same it did 20 years ago. Don 't change a thing! The dough is phenomenal! The sauce has just the right amount of sweetness. "The food was good, the service was decent, and the atmosphere was typical of Vernon. For vegetarian options, I ordered pasta with tomato sauce and requested that the garlic knots be made without butter, which they accommodated. The service was prompt and friendly. I dined in for lunch and the price per person was between $10-20. I would give the food a 4 out of 5 rating, the service a 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 3 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the garlic rolls, pasta sampler, and garlic bread. Vegetarians will also enjoy this restaurant."

"Normally I love this place. I have never been told to leave a restaurant after bringing up a concern to a manager. I was told to leave today. 16 dollars for 4 silver dollar sized ravioli. That made each ravioli 4 dollars a piece. The price for that is just insane. When I brought that up they didn't care that the portion did not match the price. I offered to pay and would have. The waitress was lovely and polite. They told me the meal was comped and I just left not touching the main dish feeling humiliated. Told them then I would never return."

"My husband and I visited Luigi’s in Woodway last night and had a disappointing experience. After being seated, we waited almost 15 minutes without anyone approaching our table. We were the only people of color in the restaurant, and two tables that were seated after us received immediate service. At one point, another table even pointed out to the waiter that we had been there first, but he just glanced at us and continued to assist them without a word. To top it off, the hostess had the nerve to say “have a nice night” as we left. The waiter who was serving the other tables was an older white man who walked by us several times while attending to those around us but never acknowledged us. Overall, we were very disappointed with the service we received."

"I absolutely adore this restaurant! It's the best Italian food I've had in Brooklyn to date. The lasagna and Tortellini Alfredo are personal favorites of mine. The atmosphere is unassuming and the presentation of the dishes reminds me of a charming, old-school Italian spot. However, the flavors are exceptional. Portions can be quite generous, but that's exactly what I love about Italian cuisine. You can easily make several meals out of one dish if you don't have a strong appetite for carbs like I do."

"we love Coppolas or I should say use, not sure what is going on with them lately, but our first edition was we sat and waited for our order to be taken for 20 min and I actually had to find someone to take it, second our food was terrible that was 2-15-22 everything was just terrible so bad we couldn't eat and today 2-22 we ordered, take and leave things out of order. really want them to get it together because I loved eating theirs, but I don't know if I can."

"I had higher expectations for this restaurant. The food was just okay, and while the service started off well when we were seated, it took a turn for the worse after we placed our orders. They served us tap water without asking if we wanted anything else; I was thinking of ordering a different drink, but no one checked in to see how we were doing or offered any refills. My pasta was bland, and I had to get up and fetch my own salt and pepper. Additionally, when the staff brought out our plates, they didn’t say “excuse me” and nearly bumped into me. I understand it’s a small restaurant, but a little communication would go a long way. Overall, I don’t think it was worth the price we paid."

"I really wanted to like this place but didn't and here's why.I did a call in order and went to pick it up 20 minutes like I was told but it wasn't ready. So I had to wait an additional 7 minutes inside the restaurant and that was fine because I won't in a rush but when I got home the food was just not worth the wait.My guess was that they were worried I wouldn't actually pick the order up which I can empathize with. And my guess is that they fried the taquitos while I was there. The taquitos were amazing. I really enjoyed them but my sides were gross actually. The beans were bland but the plantains tasted rancid. Not just one or two but the bulk of them. They had a sour, smokey flavor that cancelled out the goodness of the taquitos. Normally I would give a spot like this another shot or ever pass on reviewing at all but I am trying to be more critical of capitalism and speak up when stuff like this happens."
