"After being seated by the hostess, I said thank you and received no response, only a look of, I don't wanna be here type vibe, like the whole world was irritating her. I ordered a side salad, and when the lady brought it out to me she had started to walk away and I had to tell her I needed a fork. She brings back the fork and starts to walk away again when I noticed I needed a napkin also. So she had to run back and get a napkin for me. There were no utensils, napkins, or sauces. I dnt understand why this stuff was not already on the table. While I'm eating my, I am barely halfway through the salad when they brought out my main meal which was a Hawaiian burger with no fries. I had assumed that burgers come with fries. Just because I ordered a side salad doesn't mean that I didn't want the fries also. That should have been clarified. When I got my fries, they were hot, but the texture was chewy instead of crispy. Its like they were sitting under the heating lamp and not made fresh. The burger was ok, maybe ease up on the amount of sauce being put on the burger. Overall, the energy of this place was soo drab and negative. This place wasn't even busy. My waitress was just nice enough and even though I gave some bad feedback, I still left a tip. I believe if the hostess didn't have such a negative snotty vibe about her, I think I could've been ok with everything else. First impressions are a must in my book. Be a little more cheerful when you're greeting guests next time, it will set the tone for a customer having a bad experience or a great enjoyable experience. Don't believe I will be back here."

"I am submitting this review after visiting this location several times (I think 5) to make sure things we didn't like on the first visit were not isolated indecencies. I've concluded that this RAM location has bad service and sub-par food. Service: every time we have visited it has taken at least 10 minutes to be greeted by a server, regardless of how busy the restaurant was. On our most recent visit, I got a side salad, but didn't have any silverware. We watched our server stand and talk to people (who I'm assuming they knew) at another table for ten minutes while we tried to flag them down. We also witnesses other tables having difficulty getting a server's attention. Atmosphere: I DO NOT recommend visiting this location within an hour of closing. On our last visit we were sat at 6:45 but were reminded that the restaurant closes at 8 by the hostess. No big deal but we were surprised that we were reminded so early. Turns out last call for food AND drinks was 7:15! By 7:30 all staff were putting up chairs and doing closing procedures instead of tending to customers. I understand wanting to leave work at a decent time, but it really feels like you're being pushed out of the restaurant before they even close. We have experienced this on more than one occasion. Food: the food is sub-par compared to other RAM locations. On this most recent visit I got a burger that had fried jalapenos and cheese sauce. The jalapenos were rock hard and the sauce was obviously not fresh because it had a crust on topfrom sitting too long. It was not appetizing to look at and didn't taste great. Bottom line: we had high hopes for this restaurant, as we live nearby, but are disappointed. We will be patronizing other restaurants in the area instead."

"When you walk in the door, there is a sign at the check-in desk that says something like sit anywhere and let your server know. This was confusing as we had reservations. When I asked about our reservation, the host says he didn't see our reservation. When I told him we made it on Open Table, he brushed it off with an, "oh There were plenty of tables open so I could see that it wasn't going to be a problem. On the way to our "reserved" table, I noticed this place was bar with some seating area pushed off to the right side that is the "restaurant" seating area as you enter. Once seated, I was observed the establishment and checked out the menu. The menu on Open Table for this place was nothing like the menu in front of me. I could clearly see that the menu had "pub food" and clearly wasn't the restaurant menu that I read about on Open Table. My husband and I were tight on our plans for that evening and didn't have time to try to find a another place to eat so we relucantly decided to take a chance with there food. I ordered fish and chips, which were touted to be one of there menu items they are known for. It was blah. Considering we are in Seattle, I expected to be blown away. The fish was simply breaded with some french fries that were cold. My husband ordered another item that was supposed to be unique for this place, the shepard pie. When we say this item was overly salted is an understatement. The good under the mashed potatoes was unrecognizable and looked and smelled more like something you would plop out of a Dollar Store can of dog food. The beans that accompanied the shepard pie we're soggy and bland... Not sure how you can mess up beans but, here you go. The server was more interested in my husband's bar needs as just to choke down this food, had to order a couple more beers to try to get rid of the after taste. This place is NOT a restaurant with a bar.... It is a bar that serves bar food"

"My spouse and I have dined at RAM Indianapolis several times just the two of us, with family and friends, and or with business associates. Until holding our company Christmas dinner (10 total guests, by OpenTable online reservation) at RAM from 8 p.m. to a little after 10 p.m., Friday, Dec. 20, 2019, we 'd found our RAM dining experiences to be consistently pleasant (enough so that we chose RAM for this important annual business dinner). Our server was reasonably friendly and attentive; but on several orders he came back to some of us to repeat order details he 'd already confirmed or double confirmed the first time around otherwise, no complaints with his service. The food was really good with the exception of preparation on two steaks being wrong (despite doubly confirming both when we ordered). My Ribeye was ordered Medium and my spouse 's NY Strip was ordered Medium Well ... Preparation on those two steaks was reversed disappointing (especially the difference between Medium and Medium Well on the Ribeye) but not a terribly big deal. We just let that one go. The problem with the evening was the behavior of kitchen staff. Yeah. Even though our table for ten was right behind the host station, in the general/family dining area, near the front, the LOUD and PROFANE antics in the kitchen were embarrassingly unprofessional. One of the kitchen staff even SCREAMED a F*ck You!!! followed by a loud and proud round of cackling laughter. This happened about halfway through our dinner roughly around 9 p.m. ... but, the extremely loud antics of staff in and around the kitchen was going on through much of our two hours there. Despite that wholly unacceptable part of the evening, we still did a 25% gratuity (vs. the 30% we typically do for outstanding service; more than the 15% we probably should have limited it to for the experience). This leaves us and our associates feeling much less confident about future visits."

"the chef and the food were pretty good, so I gave 2 stars instead of 1. the whole experience was not very good. we arrived at 5:20 and had a reservation. we sat immediately with another group on the table, and beverage orders were taken quite quickly. it took a long time for the drinks to come. we then ordered all our food, and the server could not get the appetizer order right from someone. he always came back to try to double check and get it right. they have finally canceled the order because they had come after eating. we ordered a bottle of wine for $52, and he came back with a small bottle that was about half the size of a normal bottle. it says the bottle should have 4 glasses, but this would have had at most 2 glasses. we rejected it, then he came back with the normal bottle and said it was the fault of the bartender. After about 1/2 hour we finally have our suppening and salad course. After we had been there for over 45 minutes and no sign of the cook, I asked the server if we were in the position to leave 6:50 for a show for which we had tickets. at this time we realized that no one had turned the burners on the table, so when the cook came, he had to wait 10 minutes until he heated. at this point we were there 1 hour and 15 minutes when he started cooking. he cooked well and efficiently so that this was the best part. but we had to bring our server immediately kartons and pay because we didn't have time to eat our food once it was finished. we had no time to have the ice that should be taken into our mealtimes and it was not comped. it sat so much and waited for everything that could happen and could not even finish a meal in over an hour and a half. for $200 for 2 people I expected a much better experience. I'm not back."
