"This was my first visit, and most likely my last. I see some reviews say customer service was good, but I was greeted by a guy who seemed like he rather be any other place in the world. I get it. It 's a job, you 're not thrilled to be there, but pretend while I 'm in front of you asking questions. Pertaining to the food, onion rings and fries make the review a 2 star instead of a 1. The onion rings were superb, nice batter, thick onions, and good ranch for dipping. The fries had good flavor too. But for a burger joint, you 'd think they would have good burgers. I 'm looking for a juicy, well seasoned burger that makes me wanting to come back, that 's not what I got. For starters they didn 't ask how I wanted it cooked and I didn 't express how I wanted it, and this customarily means medium at every restaurant I ate at or worked for. The burger then came out well done. Not the biggest deal, but definitely added to the lack of flavor the burger already had. The burger was also very small, especially for $15. I ordered the bleu and bacon burger. For bleu cheese being in the name, you 'd think there would be a good amount of bleu cheese on the burger. False. I couldn 't taste it at all. This is also a side note, for this restaurant, and pretty much every other restaurant out there doing this. After paying, why am I prompt to tip? I walked to the counter, i ordered my food at the counter, I got up to get extra sauce, I got up to get soda refills, the worker brings me food that corresponds with my number they hand you (and even with that number on the table, the server still managed to bring me another table 's food). I 'm just confused on why I would tip these employees. Someone correct me if I 'm wrong, but when I was a server I received tips from catering to a customers needs, refilling sodas, refilling complimentary food (chips, tortillas, butter) all w/o a customer asking, pre-bussing so the empty plates aren 't a nuisance. This is my thoughts, maybe I 'm wrong, but I don 't see the difference in the workers here than the workers at a Popeyes or Five-guys. As other reviewers have stated, I 'll probably stick to other places like NorthFork (highly recommend this joint), others also stated Cornucopia is good (I don 't have experience there, but this place is a 2 star at best)."
