"This was my first visit, and most likely my last. I see some reviews say customer service was good, but I was greeted by a guy who seemed like he rather be any other place in the world. I get it. It 's a job, you 're not thrilled to be there, but pretend while I 'm in front of you asking questions. Pertaining to the food, onion rings and fries make the review a 2 star instead of a 1. The onion rings were superb, nice batter, thick onions, and good ranch for dipping. The fries had good flavor too. But for a burger joint, you 'd think they would have good burgers. I 'm looking for a juicy, well seasoned burger that makes me wanting to come back, that 's not what I got. For starters they didn 't ask how I wanted it cooked and I didn 't express how I wanted it, and this customarily means medium at every restaurant I ate at or worked for. The burger then came out well done. Not the biggest deal, but definitely added to the lack of flavor the burger already had. The burger was also very small, especially for $15. I ordered the bleu and bacon burger. For bleu cheese being in the name, you 'd think there would be a good amount of bleu cheese on the burger. False. I couldn 't taste it at all. This is also a side note, for this restaurant, and pretty much every other restaurant out there doing this. After paying, why am I prompt to tip? I walked to the counter, i ordered my food at the counter, I got up to get extra sauce, I got up to get soda refills, the worker brings me food that corresponds with my number they hand you (and even with that number on the table, the server still managed to bring me another table 's food). I 'm just confused on why I would tip these employees. Someone correct me if I 'm wrong, but when I was a server I received tips from catering to a customers needs, refilling sodas, refilling complimentary food (chips, tortillas, butter) all w/o a customer asking, pre-bussing so the empty plates aren 't a nuisance. This is my thoughts, maybe I 'm wrong, but I don 't see the difference in the workers here than the workers at a Popeyes or Five-guys. As other reviewers have stated, I 'll probably stick to other places like NorthFork (highly recommend this joint), others also stated Cornucopia is good (I don 't have experience there, but this place is a 2 star at best)."

Friendly staff, clean facilities. Ordered the western which was okay. My daughter ordered the Bluecheese and Bacon which I like even better the bluecheese was pretty mild and complimented the burger instead of overpowering it.

smallest burger I have ever eaten, actually it was a slider, and it cost 14 dollars! Come on you guys, thats a rip. won't get tricked into that again. Oh yeah,it was a mushroom burger with less than one single mushroom under a half slice of cheese. View menu

Great burgers and a great atmosphere! Portions have a good sizing and the fries are great, staff is friendly, and there's an overall great and interesting array of sauces one can ask for. My only complaint is that it isn't easy to get to from the parking lot, but I suppose that is due to the fact the restaurant has two doors.

First time eating there and honestly I really enjoyed it. The burger was great and just perfect along with the hot buffalo wings, the wing's was very delicious. Plus the outstanding friendly and kind staff who are hospitable from the start. Finally the interior decor is amazing, it makes you feel like you're at a local family restaurant. I will definitely be returning there again. ?

I really enjoyed NorthWest Burgers. The location is amazing, loved that I could eat outside in the Marketplace, the theme/decor is cool, love the Northwest outdoorsy theme, The Burger options are great, and seem to be all great quality (my Burger was overcooked) but they were busy and I understand that happens. NorthWest is little on the expensive side, but I do love how everything's sourced locally, and they provide info on just where their beef comes from. I really enjoyed my meal, and I will definitely be going back. View menu

we used to be huge fans (a long time ago) but they just go down. we come back all couple months or so in the hope that they will be good again. not happening. we're done. the type that took our order looked out and pretended that he hated his life and wanted him to be somewhere, but there. the meat temperature is completely uneven. the last time we were there, we ordered them harder because they leaned on the side to be understated. that brought us a little dry, overboiled and smokey burgers. I felt like I wanted to eat cotton. this time I asked what to expect and was said that it should be a little pink. perfect! no. well made and dry. the hate was carburized at the edges and also dry. that...

I heard about this place through a local group on social media and wanted to try it out. My husband and I were out and about yesterday and decided this was the place to go for a bite to eat. I had been hunting a good local business to enjoy and support, as well as finding something new besides our usual go-to places, and this fit. We went in and the customer service was great. Menu is pretty simple and straightforward. We ordered burgers, mine was the basic northwest burger with cheddar. My husband ordered one that was huge with a fried egg on it, and then deep fried mushrooms. The cashier/bartender was really friendly and helpful. The food was good. My only complaint was that my burger came...
