"As soon as I got to the speaker box to order the girl instantly had attitude. I get to the window and it takes them over 10 minutes to get to the window and I asked what oil they used due to my son having nut allergies and she gives me attitude saying ?it?s vegetable oil?. How was I supposed to know that? I don?t work there? And after taking my card, it takes her 15 minutes to return it back to me where she left it on the counter where someone could steal it. There?s absolutely no reason to withhold a customers card. Overall I had a very bad experience, burrito was cold. First and last time going there, very disappointed."

"For our meal, we ordered the fajitas and the enchiladas de la casa. Unfortunately, the chicken in the fajitas was cut thick and quite dry, while the enchiladas were so drenched in sauce that they fell apart the moment I touched them with a fork. On a positive note, the restaurant itself has a welcoming atmosphere, and I recommend the outdoor seating if the weather is nice. I enjoyed the indoor vibe as well; it felt inviting and the bar area was nicely positioned. Although I wasn't impressed with the food, I would consider returning for drinks after dining at another place first."

"Love the Pho and Tri Color. Both are tasty and lots of flavor. Pho served is unique in that all the side ingredients are put in the bowl for you when prepped not including sauces. This may annoy some people but I find it to be convenient and also reduces food waste for both the restaurant and patrons. Small family owned atmosphere. When busy it can get very noisy and difficult to hear conversation with someone sitting across from you. I think sound deadening material on walls and ceiling would help mitigate the issue. If you don’t like loud spaces perhaps go when it’s not busy. There’s not much parking but I’ve never had issues finding a spot nearby. Clean bathrooms. I’ve been here with my girlfriend a handful of times and we enjoy the quality of the food and price. Parking: Limited."

"Ferraro's Pizza Review Ferraro's Pizza exceeded all my expectations. I had a pepperoni slice and a pepperoni grandma slice, and both were phenomenal. "We started with martinis, so strong and delicious! Apps were gyoza and their crab cream puffs (crab rangoons but somehow tastier). Both were homemade and so good. I had dumpling soup the broth was so aromatic and flavorful. The sushi was fresh and everything came out so fast. My husband got 3 special rolls and a few pieces of yellowtail sashimi. "I attended a Christening party at the Pearl Room this past weekend. Valet Parking is available, parking on a rainy Sunday afternoon was no issue. I will approach this with the Good, the needs improvement and the bad. The good: The food was solid, have I had better? Of course but given the crowd close to 100 guests, the kitchen was working hard. The mussels in white garlic sauce was good, heavy on the garlic and pieces of chorizo took the dish to the next level. Fried Calamari, solid. Mozzarella and Carrozza, ok. Penne with marinara, pasta was over cooked but passable. Entrees: choices of Salmon, Chicken Marsala or Stuffed Loin of Pork Beautiful dishes, well portioned. Each was accompanied by shredded vegetables and mashed potatoes. Desserts: half of the desserts were provided by the host. The restaurant provided tiramisu and what I thought was cheesecake. The tiramisu was great. The Seating was tough, I can 't fault the restaurant as I believe the hosts invited too many people. Tight space, no elbow room and you had to ask 8 people to get up so you could go visit. We sat in a beautiful atrium, unfortunately it was pouring out and a few of the windows leak....not great. One of the waiters spilled water on my wife and instead of apologizing, we got it 's only water Again.....not great. The appetizers were served family style and there was just not enough food for the guests. The expresso, cappuccino machine allegedly broke....not sure if it wasn 't included or what but again.....not great. The kicker......the hostess started handing out flyers for their Mother 's Day dinner during the party....not on the way out but while we were seated. Again.....not great. Tough to judge a restaurant in a party setting as you never know what the hosts wanted or paid for but I can tell you there are a few things I mentioned that would make me think twice about recommending the restaurant."

"Overall, the Thai food was quite good, but the sushi felt more Americanized and not very spicy. If you like a bit more heat, I recommend asking for it to be made hot. The drinks were excellent, and the staff were friendly and polite. However, they did forget my daughter's dish until I brought it up. I’d rate the experience around 3.5 out of 5. The fried calamari were large but a bit chewy, while the roasted shrimp were perfect. My fried Thai rice didn’t have any egg, but it was tasty. The stir-fry received positive feedback from my family as well, so it was a decent meal overall."

"I will admit, I did not have high hopes when I saw this was in a strip mall, but the reviews were good and my wife and I always like to try somewhere new since moving to the area from Brooklyn. Well...our quest for new places has ended. It was a beyond amazing dinner at Viaggio. Our waiter, Sebastian, was very good and explained all of the dishes well, including the white truffle pasta special. Its hard to pass up white truffles when they are in season but you never want to pay the super high premium for a sub-par dish. Chef Robbie absolutely nailed it and even shaved the truffles table side. It certainly brought us back to our trip to Alba. Our dinner started out with the Calamari Fritti and Charred Octopus. If all we had for dinner was a big trough of the calamari fritti, we would have been perfectly happy. Honestly one of the best dishes I have had anywhere! We followed up the apps with the aforementioned truffle pasta and Piedmontese Tagliata, cooked perfectly to medium-rare and absolutely delicious with the rosemary smashed potatoes. We finished the dinner off with a warm apple tart with cinnamon gelato. I can't recommend Viaggio enough. Its great to see a restaurant operating at such a high caliber outside of NYC. We look forward to going back as soon as possible!"

"The seafood dinner and salmon dijon were very good. Lots of seafood, mostly muscles and Calamari, some clams and shrimp. The presentation was very nice. The waiter was very attentive. The owner/manager came around to some of the tables to greet the patrons who were apparently regulars. I would expect him to come to all of the tables if he wants us to come back. I was surprised to have a 3.5% credit card surcharge added on the bill. When we were leaving I saw the sign by the entrance of the dining room stating the surcharge. My bad for not seeing the sign. I think the waiter should have mentioned it."

"This place has the best dressing for their Caesar salad! The chicken parmesan and meatballs are absolutely delicious. The baked clams could use a bit more sauce, but the veal with artichokes is incredibly tender, and the sauce is full of flavor. We usually order family-sized portions, and they provide enough food for 2 to 3 people, giving us three dinners out of it!"

"We struggled through the airport with three suitcases, a stroller, and a car seat—me being a petite woman traveling with my 1-year-old son and my best friend. Finally, after a lot of effort, we made it to departures around 3 a.m. But then the driver started giving us a hard time because we didn’t have a voucher that American Airlines hadn’t provided us due to having to sort things out over the phone. After arguing for about 30 to 45 minutes, the hotel manager assured the driver that it would be sorted out at check-in. However, the driver then called "Kathy," who told him he couldn’t take us without a voucher and suggested he leave us there in the middle of the night in New York. Thank goodness the driver had some decency and didn’t abandon us. Once we finally reached the hotel, the manager didn’t assist the driver with the situation, so I ended up paying him myself. The hotel itself was tiny and not suitable for anyone traveling with lots of luggage. Our room was small and outdated, and the water pressure was very weak. To make matters worse, someone attempted to enter our hotel room during the night, but I had the door latched. I woke up just enough to see light spilling in from the hall and said “hello,” still half-asleep, before the door closed again—this was at around 4 or 5 a.m. The next morning, we decided to order our own Uber back to JFK to avoid any more shuttle troubles."
