It turned out to be a fantastic choice! I ordered the Stacked Enchiladas, while my wife chose the Lazy Man Navajo Taco. Both dishes were substantial! We went in with modest expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised. The sauce had a nice kick to it, unlike the bland, overly vinegary varieties found in many places. The beans were well-prepared and flavorful, and the taco tortilla was perfectly crispy without being burnt. Overall, we felt that our modest expenditure was well worth it, especially considering the superior food compared to chain restaurants.
