"I had a really disappointing experience today. I called to find out if they had brisket tacos, and they told me they were out. I then called back to order two burgers and a kids' meal. The kids' meal only came with one chicken tender and maybe ten fries—if that. Our burgers were unappetizing and cold, and the French fries actually tasted like the water used for cleaning tables. I used to work in a restaurant, and it seemed like the person preparing our food had used the same gloves they used for cleaning. This place used to be great, but after today, I don’t think I’ll be coming back."

This is the best food I've discovered since moving to New Mexico two years ago. We ordered the fry bread burgers, and the fry bread was hot, fresh, and wonderfully chewy. The staff were all very friendly as well.

The staff does not mask appropriately. This includes the cook at the drive through window who wears her mask around her chin. This business has lost me and my family as customers.I went to pick up our food today and threw it out when I got home. I don’t believe in not paying for food that I’ve ordered but this is the very last time this restaurant will ever get money from me.

I ordered from Village Cafe a week or so ago, everything on Google maps and their ordering page said they were open and good to go so we ordered online. We got a confirmation of receipt of the order and left to pick it up.Showed up and all of the lights were off, nobody was there. The hours were the same on the doors, and I only live a 5 minute drive away, but I don't think it was open at all. View menu

If you order online through DoorDash, don't expect them to have any idea what's happening. Their own website allows you to choose between delivery or pickup. I opted for pickup, received a confirmation email, and another when my order was ready. However, when my husband went to pick it up, they claimed they only handled DoorDash orders. To make matters worse, our order had been there the entire time. The employees were very rude!

at one point in time, the village cafe was by far my favorite place in a 20 mile radius of Los Lunas, for the past 6 months the service has been getting worse and worse. being a truck driver let me tell you a little something about the supply chain shortage , it has become an easy out for the unskilled and lazy. everything on your menu can be prepped, and the wait staff doesn 't even know the menu. the place has to get better training and guidance if it expects to make it long term
